The Manager was ignorant, sold me a COLD hot coffee, and snickered when I came back in to replace it.Not only were BOTH coffee urns empty, if she's a manager why were they empty?Horrible customer service at 31 Main st Milford.
Efficient drive thru, always gets my no cheese order right and they give me extra bacon! Win ?
SLOW!! 21 Minutes in drive thru, looked like they were doing 1 car at a time then couldn't eat my Breakfast because was completely wrong. Ordered No Egg, Extra Cheese, GOT NO CHEESE & Egg, I am allergic to their egg so had to throw away the $5+ sandwich!! NOT HAPPY AFTER ALL I SPEND THERE WEEKLY!! Think time to switch to Cumby's or Honeydew
Front doors were locked. Long wait at the drive thru. Wasn’t even busy coffee order was wrong. Crew complaining at the speaker customers could clearly hear.
Awesome Service from Staff. Owners need to order more donuts. They NEVER have any.
The service here is so slow and they mess up my order 90% of the time! The drive thru especially is terribly slow, I’ve been here so many times and I have had many positive experiences years ago but in the past 18 months this place has been out of of so many foods. I ordered a refresher here and they gave me something completely different than what I had ordered. They don't even make any eye contact or say anything at all when you’re going to pick up your food. They recently made some improvements to the inside and I have to admit it does look a lot nicer and cleaner.
Gone a few times recently since it was on my route. Won’t make the mistake again.First, they’re priced higher than other franchises.. the other Milford one is the same way because Ethel don’t allow tipping, which is fine but this location has a rip jar inside so that rules that out.Second, I know the worker shortage is impacting everyone, so I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but here the drive thru has been slow, so the last time I went inside and the employees were yelling at each other and one berated another for not speaking English.The location is convenient but I’ll go out if my way to not go to this one now
Worst Dunkin’ in Milford hands down for starters the line is always huge and so I went there today and to avoid the line i went inside and after 10 minutes the staff there finally stopped arguing with each other long enough and took my order and then they gave me my food and I told them my drink was missing remind you i was talking to the manager and she started yelling horrors saying that she had already made it and it was my fault that someone else took it and was refusing to make me another drink when i had the receipt in my hand this was a horrific experience and all the members of that team suck and my food was also still frozen nothing there is good
