Everyone at this location is so nice and friendly food always comes out great and if there is a mistake the fix it no problem. Love this Dunkin!
I go here frequently. People are super nice. I think only once an order was incorrect. Others must have hit it on a bad day. I’ve also ordered on the app and it turned out perfect.
I neverrrrr complain (as I’ve worked in customer service for years). I asked for an everything bagel with butter. This is what I got. The amount of cream cheese is completely unacceptable. It’s not even edible.
How in the world can you have 7 workers and have a line all the way around the building? Plus 8f your so busy, why are you going for a smoke? SMH.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered two totally different coffees, they were the exact same. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, got a bagel with nothing on it, and the order was done thru the app. The only way you mess up like that is because you don’t care. Shop local, and if nothing else just go to Starbucks. They actually care.
This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special care is put into every order

Got the wrong coffee and woman says I didn't tell her that which I did , and then waited over a half hour for a sandwich and end up leaving before it was even ready
They make the best hot vanilla chai, most of the places add too much water they make it creamy and perfect! Always fast service provided.
