This location is great. I have a child with food allergies and they are so good about taking care not to cross contaminate ingredients, using clean surfaces, new gloves and ingredients.
My burrito wasn't folded right at all...it fell apart on the first bite. And the guac was visibly browning...definitely made overnight.
I always stop here for lunch or dinner! Great team On point with my ? food.
This location did not have fajita veggies and chips. I was looking forward to having chips with my meal but was disappointed. The rest of the meal was decent except my wife getting some chicken that was stringy and had gristle.
Loved watching a worker brush the shredded cheese away with his bare hand.No one wears gloves and they are handling food?Floor was a mess and food didn't look fresh at all especially with food from the dishes mixed in with other food.Where's the BOH in milford to come in and inspect the fifth and safe handling practices
The food was good but the customer service was terrible. We got our food to go and got back to our hotel room and realized that the cashier didn't put my husband's meal in the bag. Tried to call but couldn't get thru. Not cool at all!
I drove from ct to get this aParticular location it is 8 :30 all doors are locked and stools up. Why does there close state. 10pm if they close at 8 ?!?!?
Always cold. Always late. Always short on meat. Always masked up, can’t hear employees speak. Try an authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. There are a few of them. Chipotle always disappoints now days.
Worst experience ever!!!!! Tried giving this place another chance after some terrible experiences wont ever be coming back. Ordered online said it be ready for 6:20 showed up to my surprise not done waiting another 20 mins and then a person at the counter was asking for ppls names cuz the Orders were behind the counter instead of the pick up spot? really defeats the purpose and completely unorganized came home to my burrito cold and to be honest probably the worst tasting and looking thing i have ever had i wont be returning ever ill take my business back to Santa fe in Franklin who neverrrrr lets me down!!!
Online orders were NOT completed. I ordered at 6:45, showed up at 7:00 and my order was not even started!By 7:25 they had just BEGUN the orders that came in at 6:40 and they ran out of Chicken and Black beans.I cancelled my order and left after waiting until 7:35 with no end in sight. Over 25 people were waiting
