A little hit or miss, both the food and the workers. I get curbside to go about once a week. Sometimes the food seems like it's been in a steamer and soggy inside the containers, even when I get there 5-10 minutes before my pickup time. Last time though was really good and the person who brought my food out had a smile on her face which is a nice change.

Everytime I get an order to go the food smells quite a bit off and is not to the best of my expectations. Nonetheless I don’t feel like is the employees faults because they are getting their hours cut and forced to basically be slaves by the executives. Read below to see what I mean or take a look at the photos I have attached with proof.One of the Applebees execs Wayne Pankratz released an email to other employees saying that they are planning to take advantage of the workers and their desperation for more hours due to the increase in gas prices, no stimulus pay, ect. So, Applebees is choosing to employ someone/have someone on their team who is going to make those who already make low hourly wages MORE desperate and try to “squeeze” more work out of them for a lower pay/less hours. Horrible person and this establishment obviously has horrible business practices. I would avoid this place at all costs. Many workers have walked off the job and quit due to this horrible work ethic, for good reason!
The steak wasn't very good. The waitress was really nice but the food not worth it.
I feel it’s really weird that employees hang out and chill In the booths with food from other restaurants Managment is not doing their job here whatsoever allowing employees to take their breaks in booths with food from other places shouldn’t be even possible to take a break on the floor never mind having other places food on the tables inside
Loved the cupid cocktail and the burger was good the French fries were not good, shouldn't taken the sweet potatoes fries off the menu, miss them.

Not sure what was going on but the steak was absolutely disgusting, and my gfs mashed potatoes were extremely cold...I will never be going back here again, as I definitely got some sort of nasty food poisoning from here...what an absolutely awful experience. The service was great and I don't want to take away from that, but the food is definitely not the best these days...my gf and I both got really sick after eating this food...I would only suggest this if you have gift cards (like we did) or you really have nothing else to eat...
They changed my tip amount. I paid $83.21, and tipped $10 which I think is more than fair so the total would be $93.21 but my card got charged $99.21.... they changed the 3 to a 9. Not the 1st time this happened, I'm done tipping. Take your $3/hr you scammers
