Female counter help had severe attitude problem, I asked for freshly cooked chicken sandwiches they came out cold, french fries came out lukewarm not fresh, very disappointing.
Slow service. Ordered. Big bag. With med coke kid opens window asked if I ordered diet coke. Mmmm no. Handsome me drink get up street. It's a Damm. Root beer. Cold fries.
They got our order wrong plus we had to wait a very long time for our food. Frostie's were melted.
I got a large 10 piece meal with Sprite and Sweet and Sour sauce.
I was just there and this guy's are close at 9:30 but the schedule says they are supposed to close at 11pm and this is not the first time,when I ask the girl why are they close she just slammed the window on me..
The food was ok. But the customer service was terrible. Drive thru person didn't say a single word to me. I thanked her when she handed me my card back but she rushed to close the window to talk to her co workers. I'm not asking for a full blown conversation but a " you're welcome" would've been nice, I would have even accepted a head nod. This is not the first time this has happened. I get that they are mostly teenagers and have some bad customers but hi and bye are the easiest thing to say and something you learn before you can speak a full sentence. If you can drive an extra 10 minutes to ANY other Wendy's I'd say it would be worth it. Avoid this one if you can
Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and only two cars moved. If you can't staff your stores don't open, I'm sick of you giant corporations short staffing and then screwing over your customers. I'm not sitting in line for 30 minutes to get Wendy's, I'll drive to a different fast food spot. If you can only get two cars through in 15 minutes you shouldn't even be open. And this isn't just at this Wendy's this happens at most of them. Just skip Wendy's go to a real burger spot park sit down and eat you'll get better food faster then waiting in this joke of a drive-thru.
My friend and I seem to be going to Wendy's, more and more often. I just had a burger off their value menu. My friend had the apple pecan salad, which he shared. The salad greens and apple pieces were crisp and fresh as if the salad had just been prepared, blue cheese, candied peacans and cranberries where a good addition. Glad he chose the salad.
Gave me and my son food poisoning was throwing up all day 02/19/2022 order cheddars sand which and a jr one for my son. Bad meat I’m gonna stick to methuen loop if you want fresh cooked.
Very friendly, the lighting was awesome, felt a good vibe, good energy, everyone was nice, and I didn't have to worry about anyone being rude.
