Great Food, made may birthday party special
Bar tender forgot to bring my beer and the place was completely empty.
Was pleasantly surprised I ordered seafood casserole broiled and baked potato the baked potatoe was not very hot but the casserole was excellentWe tried the home made dessert and it was moist and very tastyWe will be back
Food very good, Bartender friendly , good price will return

Just had a fantastic meal at Hampstead House Restaurant! The lamb shank was perfect and the steak tips were the best he’s had in ages! We will be back!
Service was terrible..Chowders were served warm, not hot, and the seafood platter was very dry. Not worth the money ☹️ Also the chef came out right at 9.00 while we were still sitting to let us know that they closed at 9. Very rude.
Great food, drinks and service. We got mozzarella sticks to start and seafood for our dinner it was cooked perfectly.
My Fiancé & I were very disappointed with the owner of this establishment.We frequent this restaurant at least every other weekend, and tonight when we went in the bartender told us that the owner said we could not go outside to smoke ( it was the day after a snow storm) he didn’t want anyone to fall, the stairs were salted.I could’ve been walking in the parking lot and fallen, it’s the same thing, he was worried about his insurance that is why he didn’t want us going out to smoke!!So we left and went somewhere else.I can’t believe he can tell customers this, I could be walking up the stairs and trip in good conditions and it would be the same. That’s why you have insurance!!Jim is the best though!!!
Chicken lemon soup was fabulous and the pork shank with chickpeas is my favorite.
