Went on a Tuesday night and they weren't busy so we were seated right away. Our server was nice and patient as I wasn't sure what to have. I finally chose the sizzling flat iron steak and it was really good. My only complaint would be some of the cheese looked just like a piece or so of American cheese which wasn't as appealing as the other cheeses on the plate. My date had the ribs and shrimp plate and she really enjoyed it. The price was reasonable so overall I thought it was a good experience.
Two different waiters who did not communicate to each other. We had to basically re-order. We ordered an appetizer that was never placed. Drinks were completely off. And apparently if something says its new on the menu, they don’t have it. Terrible place
We've been there a fair number of times. Last night's meals were particularly good. We love the new menu items! Our server was nice, though she may have been a bit tired of some of her tipsy patrons at the bar. We're not sure bartenders should ideally be serving tables, too, but she did a great job.
On May 26,2020 @4:15 I ordered the delicious chicken slammer to-go and it was disappointing. Had to eat the rest because its delicious but couldn’t eat this hard chewy piece of chicken the chef deliberately placed in my order. Its missing a lot of the crunchy breading and was still placed on my sandwich. I go to this place too often for the amazing food but after my recent experience I’m giving this place a break. I’ll remove this comment if I ever remember I posted this because this place is usually great for their ribs and chicken slammer, hopefully this reaches the chef that made my food, standards need to be higher.
Today was my first time going here me and a group of friends went here for my birthday, our waitress Myra was very friendly and recommended a lot of great things ,the green tea shot is definitely a great first shot. The cotton candy cosmo was amazing for my first drink. Service was great, my steak was Amazing . Over all it was a great 21st birthday, my waitress even surprised me with a brownie obsession and sang happy birthday to me with all my friends. Thank you for a memorable birthday TGI Fridays
worked here cooks don’t ever wear gloves. Management is demeaning and disrespectful to employees. Stephen kitchen manager has anger issues gets stressed out very easily. talks to dining room staff like garbage and let’s cold unsatisfactory food come out of his kitchen. Cocktail Drinks take 25+ minutes to come out of the bar on most nights. Nobody is ever held accountable.
Waitress was inexperienced but polite and eager to please. My wife's avocado Burger had an avocado sliced so thin it was almost paper. Her onion rings had so much breading on them you couldn't even tell there was onion inside. She ordered a whiskey sour that took three tries before they realized that something had contaminated the ice at the bar. Whiskey sesame chicken was burnt so bad half of them were inedible. Garlic bread came as a garlic breadstick and was hot and not easy to chew. This is the second time we've had a poor experience of food quality, fool me once.Corporate requested copy of receipt and itemized bill. One it shows on my cc statement I dont keep a receipt, and as for the bill I threw it away. Trying to forget my experience as quickly as possible.

Worst customer service I have ever seen from a chain restaurant. Ordered online to pick up at location waited an additional 1/2 hr after arriving and the things I witnessed were horrific! Needless to say when I finally received my order and got home (3 minute drive) everything was cold and the burger was raw. Can not reach a manager via phone only a call center. Emailed and was told 3-5 days for a response. Wow! Wish I could tell my customers I will get back to them in 3-5 days. They need some serious training. It was a very nice visit. My family and I were sat as soon as we entered. Within seconds the server was at our table to take our drink/meal order (we knew what we wanted before entering).Aaron, our server was extremely friendly and had great interactions with my table. Our food came out promptly and was absolutely cooked perfectly to order. One of the better locations from this chain and I will absolutely go again.Try them for yourself, you may have a similar experience. And remember "in there, it's always Friday"
