Genuinely the most inefficient staff I’ve ever witnessed. Out of the 6 employees 3 of them are standing contributing nothing. One is running the window and 2 are taking care of mobile and register orders (at a sloths pace). Waited 28 minutes for two ice coffee with a splash of oat milk that were mobile ordered and estimated to be done in 7 minutes. Is get the delay if the place was packed but it was 5:20pm on a Tuesday and it was rather dead in there. Employees work with zero urgency or hustle. It was beyond frustrating watching them for the 20 minutes I stood there. I know Starbucks is one of the establishments that has gone severely down hill since the pandemic but this location takes the cake. Also place is a mess. All stations were dirty, there were zero straws or napkins available. The pastry case was literally completely empty. I get it’s tough finding help that cares these days but the staff here should be ashamed because they have absolutely no pride. Will avoid methuen going forward. F- all across, and who ever is in charge of this location needs to wake the eff up and train their staff. Or by other reviews it’s probably time for a new regime. Pathetic
Drive thru closed at 7pm -no signage and barristers working inside. Not the first time either -very dissatisfied. Drinks too expensive to be operating this way. Hours say store open till 930pm.
First off, I'm a fan of Starbucks just not the Methuen location. Interior is not maintained well. In the last two months they have run out of cream on 3 different occasions!! How is that even possible?? There's a supermarket next door which I'm certain has cream, there is also a smaller Starbucks across the street at Target, gotta think they have cream.
The worst run starbucks ever the workers are slow moving and unmotivated. 4 people in line ahead of me and took 27 mins to get a reg coffee!!! Much rather pay less and be in and out at dunking donuts
I’m a Starbucks customer for so long and I’ve in different around the US, but never before I see poorless customer service , all the coffee station dirt and mess , employees faces showing who uncomfortable are , I ask for a mango dragonfruit and the cash register told me we don’t have ok decide to ask vir a venti matcha late with almond milk and they give me regular milk when I wait aroun 30 minutes for the 2 drinks I notice the mango dragonfruit it was serve to their customers so I ask and another employee told me that have it.In other hands the interior of the store full the drive Thru full , is really sad a big company as Starbucks have a poor quality of service . Never ever I will come back at the end i through my drink to the trash .
Although I never have coffee, its a good place to meet and converse with others. They still have a lot of good items on the menu that don't include coffee, like their sandwiches and treats, as well as much if their drinks. Its a cozy starbucks! But the google maps does (at least for me) takes you to the chucky cheese which is nearby.
I love you guys! Service is always pleasant and fast. My complicated coffee is always made great.
Quality is consistent at this location, though they are still experiencing staffing shortages which cause the lobby to be intermittently closed. The staff that is there is courteous and helpful. Expect to wait a bit, as it is busy, but you will be happy with the product and the service.
It's always a treat for me to go to Starbucks. This holiday season I missed their "eggnog" flavored latte. I hope next Christmas ? it is back on their list of "nice" flavors. This year they were on my "naughty" list!!
Coffee is ok, but it's the slowest place I've ever been to. No matter what time or day, they are ridiculously slow.
