After 3 bad experiences at this particular pizza hut i decides to give it another try..( i used to love their pizza) I Placed an online order for delivery..20 minutes later got a call back that they do not have a delivery driver on duty to deliver the order. The guy told me i need to pay with a credit card to have my order delivered thru door dash. I declined because i DO NOT USE DOOR DASH and i dont have my credit card available at the moment.. The man on the phone got disrespectful and told me the food was ready and that i needed to pay for it ???? SORRY NOT MY PROBLEM YOU PEOPLE DIDNT REALIZE YOU HAD NO DRIVER FOR DELIVERY. PERHAPS DISABLE DELIVERY ON YOUR WEBSITE... needless to say i will not give them another shot this time
My pizza was just like expected and consistently excellent from my experience in last 2 recent visits!
Went here a little less than a year ago and felt the need to leave a review even now.We showed up right as they opened, there was only one employee present and this man was a gift from the food gods.I dont know his name, but he was bearded with tattoos. This was the BEST pizza hut I've ever had. He deserves a raise, a promotion, a trophy, everything.
The reviews seem to be true. The pizzas were undercooked but she agreed to fix them. The comment "well done" from the online order didn't make it to them.The funny part was that when I asked for a side of marinara/pizza sauce, she said that they were out of it. That seemed strange.
I ordered a medium cheese pizza and it was gross. It was like fried flour, thin, hard and oily. I would never buy overthere again.
Hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in 20 years. Went i and got the personal pan pizza meat lovers. And it tasted exactly the same as I remembered.
I have always had a good experience with them. Pizza has always been hot, in store service has been prompt and polite. However the reason for my lack of stars is I was sitting inside yesterday waiting for my order when a woman came in, not sure if it was a manager or owner. She went behind the counter and started to berate one of the employees in front of customers and staff. This made it extremely uncomfortable. I'm a manager and if you have a problem with one of your staff you talk to them in private, you don't yell at them in public!
I was hesitant to go after reading the reviews. Took my dad for lunch and the veggie lovers pizza was great. They did a super job. Will come back again.
The cheese garlic bread was not baked even to the minimum.
I am giving them less than a whole star. I had to wait 1hr and 40 min. When I call they were cynical, like they don’t care. I called the 2nd time after waiting 1:40 minutes, asked for the manager and she was even worst. I asked to cancel my order. Terrible management!
