The manager on this place was very rude with their employees screaming and pointing finger that not good any body have to report that lady and blonde latin girl

The woman taking the drive through order was extremely rude. Going through with kids that can’t make up there mind and a impatient worker that I had to tell her she needed to learn better customer service . My son at first wanted a medium frappe than changed to a small and she got annoyed and keep saying it that it .
New chicken sandwich was dry and tough. First bite pulled most of the sandwich apart because of how dry and unchewable it was. There was 2 good bites that I could eat. The fries were also fresh and hot, which was juice because of how terrible and dry the chicken on my sandwich was

I ordered 2 iced coffees with cream and sugar in the drive up and repeated the order several times. I sipped one when I got home, no sugar or cream in either of them. How difficult is it to correctly fill an order when I am the only person in the drive thru and noone else in the restaurant? Quit gabbing with the other employees while preparing an order. If it wasn't nighttime, I would have noticed when he handed them to me. I won't be going to this McDonald's again.
Service was terrible, ordered from app coffees came out wrong , employee got mad because I wanted her to get me my correct coffees. No maple syrup in bags for pancakes, same employee brings food out to car that is next to me before taking care of my incomplete order.
Very slow drive up customer service. I also get told that they're out of items frequently.
I went there twice last week when I left work early just to get dinner because I didn’t have time to cook late at night. Both times were at 10:45. First time I was ignored and second time was because and he answered “ you can’t order we’re cleaning”. I worked for McDonald’s for two years and never seen terrible service like this at any other establishment. The manager might want to reevaluate the professionalism of his/her staff.
Great McDonald's everyone is always very sweet. Don't get turned off by the line. The employees work fast and efficiently even if they ask you to pull to the side. It was redone a few years back so it also has ample parking and a great atmosphere if you want to dine in !
