Horrible drive thru they have cars reverse and park 5 cars waiting so their timer looks good I will bot visit this place again
Never got food I paid for. I called the business when I got home, but no answer.
So, I went to Macdonald’s drive thru this morning. I was asked to go to the second window once I placed my order. I asked, if I can get two extra hash browns. The girl at the window was very nice but she went asked her manager, Luz if she can add to extra hash browns to my order. The manager Luz said straight up no without any explanation and never came to the window to speak to me. The girl said to me politely, “no, I’m so sorry we can’t.”I got so upset because I haven’t paid for my food, they could of just add my two hash browns to my order and asked me to park but no I end up turning back around cause I wanted my two hash brown but I was never asked to turn around or park, no explanation what’s so ever just straight up rude.

Bacon quarter pounder with cheese... never a bad idea
They only had two orders in que on the screen the cashier for walk in had a line of 6 people and rather than taking our orders she took one at a time then would start to help drive thru with their orders. I’ve been in line for 15 minutes already. I got to place my order and now the people behind me are still waiting and now there are 8 ppl total in the store and cashier isn’t taking orders just helping drive thru orders. I’m unbothered bc she could take orders so the ppl cooking food knows what’s next. Unreal
