Very rude customer service I would give it 0 stars if I could for years now this place need help messed up food always they just can't get an order right to save there lives very dissatisfied with this KFC dont waste your money or time you will regret it
Missing items from drive thru but it wasn't busy and what I did get was hot. No utensils or napkins though
I did a mobile order so they could have time to make sure everything was correct, and what a surprise when I got home and found out that they didn’t put my popcorn chicken but they did charge me 10$ upsetting
Food was cold and my biscuit was no good couldn't eat it
This place was really good food was excellent I had a famous bowl with popcorn chicken mashed potatoes and gravy with corn and for a beverage I had a mountain dew I was really satisfied with the meal the food was delicious and the employees were really freindly and polite this establishment was very professional I will be back again I highly recommend you stop by this location
While living with my mother I went through a depressive episode and ate here nearly every day. The service was decently quick and it was the typically "good enough" KFC and Taco Bell food quality. This location was prone to mistakes though and I'd say every few orders something would get mixed up and I'd have the wrong side, drink, or a request such as "no ice" or "no straw" wasn't followed. During the peak of the pandemic some of the employees were seemingly reluctant to follow the COVID-19 restrictions and wear masks properly.

The chicken was dry and old and the coleslaw was nasty had no juice in to so made it dry
Both KFC and a Taco Bell, Fun to be able to mix and match a meal. Pity there isn't the $5 dollar fill up anymore.
Asked for Mac and cheese got French fries instead. Stupid mistakes are always being made here. Should have checked my order but I’m pregnant and just wanted to get home and stuff my face. Very sad that I didn’t get Mac and cheese.
