New management new team. Potential is there, just need to train the new guy to keep up with the examples of the store. Decent speed when it comes to rush hour! Customer satisfaction is a plus; dont be rude they're all new right down to management
Just came here and bought a peppermint mocha coffee but it wasnt very strong, went in to ask for just a couple more pumps and the worker completely redid my drink for me and waited for me to try it and make sure I liked it!! Very surprised and pleased!! Thank you :)
They got my order wrong 2- consecutive days ,instead of attempting to correct the issue, it became a debate of denial, shame..!!! ,extreme lack of customer service and professionalism
Everytime I go there Worst of the worst staff, unorganized, long wait times and the order is always wrong, even a simple coffee order.Update: 9/19/21 maybe they change new staff, coffee is much better my order is always right when Laila is there, she is the best!!Update: 11/3/21Met another super sweet employee working at the drive through window tonight, she is awesome ?. Rude, inexperienced drive-thru crew. I was SHORTED CHANGE twice in the last week. Could've been an honest mistake, but shady. COUNT YOUR CHANGE.
