Gross! Every single table was dirty. Food all over the floor. Napkins, straw wrappers, and lids thrown all over the plastic ware area. I was the only one in line, with 5 employees standing around, and not one decided to clean up the place. On top of that, the queso had a crusty film and was super chunky. ? Health hazard! I will take the drive to the Salem NH location for now on!

They were out of salad dressing and meat wasn't very fresh, despite them being busy and thr steak was overcooked. But the most concerning thing I saw was that a worked added the new sour cream to the old coir cream that was likwly sitting out getting to room temperature for who knows how long... Not going to go back to this location I don't think.

Food is great as is the service at the Methuen location. Unfortunately the company is actively pushing those out who seek to unionize. I don't know what the compensation is for the employees but they should feel free to organize if they so choose.

This is a "salad" with fajita veggies added. Notice, zero salad or veggies? I don't think it's possible to put less care into food preparation. Had the same experience in Nashua, NH the other day. So it's clearly a company wide problem. Lost a customer for life.

Chipotle needs to demand their name back and ask the owner to rename this location to whatever he/she wants because it does not reflect the values of the brand. I placed my order online but it was not ready at the indicated time. I found several customers who had ordered online and were waiting. But I noticed only the Hispanic customers who had ordered online were being fussed over by the staff . The rest of us non-Hispanics had to wait and watch. The staff also served the paying customers who were on the line and just never looked in my direction. I asked if I could confirm my order had gone through and I was told it was coming and that they were running behind. Of course I did not want to appear inpatient lest I end up with God knows what in my food. Meanwhile I watched inquiries from Hispanic men being printed and processed right away. Finally, 50 minutes later, when there were no customers at all (online or in person/paying) left and the staff were off their cell phones , my order was prepared. When it was handed to me I asked what took so long and I was told sometimes orders get missed for example if someone steals your food. Apparently the owner knows that people steal food but he has done nothing about it. I am not sure that is true but I know that my food was not stolen because I was there the whole time. My order was not ready when I got there and for the rest of the time, it was just ignored. (The receipt that was used to prepare my order was sitting on the back bar the whole time). My advice is if you are Hispanic male, just order online, you will be treated like royalty . Other races, just go in person and don't take the risk of being ignored

HORRIBLE.Ordered 2 bowls, one with barbacoa and one with steak. There was no barbacoa at all and only 6 pieces of steak. This is one of the worst locations but all together affirms the notion that Chipotle has gone downhill.

Needs new management, really poorly ran and bad customer service. Seems to be consistent with the other reviews here as well. Not sure why it hasn’t been addressed

Just an awful experience. I understand the majority of the orders coming in were online orders but the entire operation seemed to be intentionally slow. Poor attitude and deliberately slow service. No excuse for this kind of service

This location has always been for us over the years. They rarely seem to run out of food items compared to other locations. There is a busy delivery and pickup side to the business, which seems to keep everything fresh! Since it's so busy my only feedback would be to keep table cleaning supplies available to customers - perhaps on the bussing station as I've yet to find a clean table here during all the business. I don't mind doing that myself, but don't see a station for that like I've seen at some of the big city locations. Overall, this is one of the best Chipotles around and I'm glad to have a quick option for a vegan and her non vegano husband for a healthier option!

I saw 5 people behind the line and 1 person on break and no one helped me for approximately 8 mins after I got to the line. There was only 1 other patron before me and the girl helping her took a phone call in the middle of getting the patron’s food. The staff does not respond to customers entrance in any way and seemingly ignores them.I was skeptical as to why this Chipotle had such a poor rating, but I can see now that it’s because of the staff and poor level of service. No soap in the restroom, also. The girls that work at this location just stand around and talk.
