Worse Place ever. The longest drive thru service(15 minutes at least)short of stuff and some unhappy people working there. Very disappointed with the service.I am Never going back to that place.(Zero star) unfortunately I didn't have that option.
Just ordered a Whopper meal at 10:30 in the morning. This burger was apparently a yesterday burger served today. Cold, dry, stale bun. Never again.
I just now went to the drive up for 2 Jr whoppers 2 fries and 8 piece nuggets and the woman was EXTREMELY RUDE IN SERVING ME!
They should spend more time cleaning the tables and floor instead of spending the time behind the counter having conversations in Spanish.

Scam artists!I went to this place yesterday (drive up) and place an order for one Whopper which was confirmed verbally. The screen showed the price of $3.41, which is what I've paid in the past, and then it changed to $6..41.When I got to the window the young man tried to charge me $6.41. When I told him I wanted only one Whopper and the price was $3.41 he just laughed. He thought he was going to charge me twice the price and pocket the difference!Disgusting is too kind a word for this "restaurant" and the sleazy people who work there. The board of health needs to shut it down.
This place is a joke. My stood there for 5 mins while they just kept looking at her. We step out of line to leave and the Spanish family behind her was helped before I hit the door. I would respect it if you just told me you’re a racist. I’ll never go back to BK never mind this location. I had no idea BK hired racist now.
Considering the times that we're in, they've closed the inside and the only way to order is through the drive-thru, which means the line gets long. I get it, I do and I understand that the wait is longer because of it. But that doesn't mean the quality should have gone down, the reason we like BK over Wendy's is cause the taste of the burger is better, but our most recent orders have had the meat tasting artificial and it's honestly very disappointing
I don't think this Burger King is well-cared-for Please somebody inspect the place There is this big overdrop ceiling on on drive thru window and it's fallen and nobody seems to care and do somebody gets hurt. Employees not weren't mask or gloves
I get it. We're still in the middle of a pandemic and restaurants are shy to open doors. We are forced to go through the drive-thru. Kind of defeats the purpose of fast food when you order a family-size meal and your maid to wait over 10 minutes well everybody behind you is waiting as well. Not to mention that the Burger King app itself would not let me order the family meal in advance? What's up with that? It wouldn't let me order until I got at the Burger King and at the drive-thru speaker. Again, defeating the purpose of fast food.Other than that, the food came out hot, it was as Burger King tasty as ever, but I can't give this more than a 4-star for today because of the excessive wait and the inability to use the mobile app. Sorry.
