This is a head or mess when it comes to waiting. The drive-thru is always busy. However the food is good. My fries are always nice and hot with the perfect amount of salt. The sandwiches are good as well. The drive-thru staff is always nice . However, Make sure you check your food items before leaving because there have been times where I was missing something.If you do not feel like going through the drive-thru you can always opt to go inside. Mask was optional for patreons The restaurant was clean . This Wendy's have a kiosk Right when you walk in the door. You can put your order and the kiosk and somebody at the counter will call you when it's ready.
Got to the drivethru around 12:50, about 10 cars in front of me. No joke took 50 minutes for it to be my turn, and they arent taking orders anymore. I swear the staff purposely work extra slow at this time
Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Everett on Revere Parkway, because this place is a disaster. Orders consistently messed up, lines of cars 6-12 people deep (at like 3 in the afternoon!), and food that tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Don't usually leave bad reviews of fast food joints but felt obligated to let people know this is an "avoid at all costs" location.
Terrible experience and extremely lethargic staff. Employees have no idea what they're doing. When was the last time someone had to wait 40 minutes for fast food? I placed mobile order and they couldn't find it. Then I showed on my phone and after fumbling around for 10 minutes finally they found it. It took them 25 minutes to process that order and all I ordered was few drinks and sandwiches. Never coming back to this placeEdit: also forgot to mention the person handling food was sweating and obviously not wearing any gloves. Threw the food out and only drank the beverages. Just terrible
Patiently stood in line for a long time inside the store along with other people. No one even bothered to help. They just worked with the people in the drive-through and people who ordered online. Eventually we left.
Terrible service. They take forever in preparing your order specially when you see that there are multiple people working inside extremely slow and they wouldn't care about the customers.
I mean it’s nothing new but can they get an order right once? I asked for two sandwiches plain , they have everything on them, after waiting 25 mins in line my daughter won’t even eat hers now which I guess in turn is a good thing cause they shorted us my sandwhich , I mean I know you were busy but that was a 6$ sandwich and god forbid you check your bag in line then they’re mad at you I never get fast food and the very few times I go it’s always some bs.
Suuuuper slow service. No one wears masks or gloves. Order was correct and hot.
Pretty Solid, lines are always long but they have pretty much always gotten my order right *knocks on wood* but I don’t do weird changes
Can this Wendy’s be any slower? I occasionally visit this Wendy’s location since it’s near my house however it seems it would be faster if i went to a Wendy’s in another state and come back. I just witnessed an employee pack a fry box one fry at a time, no joke. The workers are here to just kill the time for their paycheck. It’s always at least a 20min wait for your food.
