The food is really good really it’s my main preference for Haitian food but it’s really hard ordering from them through GrubHub. For some reason they don’t have the option to order extra sauce and I always want extra sauce with my plate of food. I put specific details such as whether I want rice & beans or white rice and most of the time it’s ignored and they just put rice and beans, even if I request white rice. I don’t know why they don’t just update their item selections on GrubHub to fix that problem. Because there’s a lot of other items that are confusing especially with the pictures shown.
Every Haitian restaurants in Boston, Ma and beyond charge $13 plate,but sunrise cuisine charges $17 plate.I bought 4 plates i paid $68.Dam too much for a plate of rice,beans and legumes.Dam too f...much.
Every time I call to place an order, then I arrive to pick it up they tell me that they gave it to someone else. They don’t ask for your name when you place an order so if someone else places the same order they just give it away. And sometimes they’ll run out of whatever I ordered so I end up leaving empty handed. They don’t even apologize. It’s very frustrating & unfair. The food is decent but the customer service sucks. I take good customer service very seriously & they seriously lack this. Not to mention I’ve been a customer of theirs for years & it never changes.

If this review was only based on how wonderful the food is, it would have been 6 stars.Customer service needs a lot of employment, been going there for almost than half a decade, the only thing that has changed is new faces working there that's all.Not everything that's on the menu they have, took my ex-wife there couple years ago, we had to asked: "So what is it that's on the menu you actually have?" After being told: "No we don't have that" on at least 4 dishes.Today, I called in advance to know if I can dine-in, on the phone they said yes, got there, they said no. Since I ordered on the phone, got there, my meal was given to someone else, then was told what I ordered is no longer available, so I had to order something else. Still tasted great but could have had what I really wanted 30min earlier.
Unpleasant customer service, and it seems as if you have to be from their country to receive pleasant customer service; although the food is ok, I will not recommend this place anymore

Horrible place to get your food ,zero customer service skills and also if you are paying make sure you have card on you because if you paid with cash , you won't have your change back ,very rude I always gives tip but have the decent to give my Change back first
