Feel bad I didn’t get her name but she suggested I try the coconut refresher vs the passion fruit…All I can say is she was right!! And I don’t even like coconut.Extremely pleasant and helpful lady I appreciate great customer service!! :)
I'm very specific on what I like for coffee I usually get a nice cold brew with peppermint and a shot of espresso with cream 99% of the time they don't mess it up the waiting's not too long either
I swear they don't read the labels. Every single day they don't add caramel drizzle to my drink. If we have to pay to get caramel drizzle then maybe you should be adding it. Extremely frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would.

Best Starbucks location in the Medford / malden / Everett area! Super convenient parking (a major reason why people choose the Starbucks they go to) and order comes out fast. I mobile ordered and it was ready in the 10 mins I got there , considering they were really busy .
With three Starbucks literally ten minutes from my house I enjoy heading here. Michelle the manager and her team are always amazing. I drive into work and yes I prefer a drive through window. This location due to the awesome team makes me get out of my car every morning and get my coffee here instead. It is also a plus to have it on the beach too must I say.
They forgot the lemonade in my refresher!! I was drinking straight black tea. Also why try to be so different just do small medium large it’s not that hard. Only thing keeping me sane is that i got 5 pink cake pops instead on 4!! Flabbergasted!!
I order a coffee with sweetener, someone keeps putting mint syrup in my coffee instead of the sweetener. Happens 2 or 3 times a week.Many times their coffee tastes metallic.
Staff seemed to enjoy being there and were very informative if necessary. And the Frappuccino had A1 texture, no little ice bits, can’t say that about all Starbucks I’ve been to. Keep fighting the good fight.
