the food was good but not great. i got the spicy chicken tenders but they were not very spicy. i do love spicy food so others might find these spicy but if you like spice then don't get your hopes up. the flavor was good though, again not great. i also had the tater tots and definitely enjoyed them but didn't get a lot. overall good food but more expensive than it was worth.

Service was very slow tonight. It seemed they had a ton of GrubHub orders and not enough cooks in the kitchen. The food was good but what happened to baskets for indoor eating? Our food was served in bags as if we were taking it to go. The dining room could use a clean up too.
The best burger chain in the area. Also great Shakes. Capped off by very friendly service.
The burger and fries were cold. It was a horrible experience and tasted like late night fast food. Gross. Will not go back and do not recommend. It was inexpensive though.
I can't believe how disorganized this store was. Two customers were waiting as other customers came and went. We got a hamburger. My little one took two bites then asked if it was cooked! It was pink/ raw on the inside. The cashier even made a disgusted face. The haystack onion things were cold and soggy. I was excited to try them and was greatly disappointed. I don't recommend.
The quality of the food and taste are amazing. The options are great and the services top notch. They are one of my favorite cheeseburger joints in the state.

Food is ok but the service is hilariously incompetent. I was the only person in the store and ordered a simple smash burger but was served a turkey burger on lettuce buns so I sent it back. They then gave me a bacon cheeseburger with mayo… still not what I ordered. I can’t understand how it takes 5 employees 3 tries to get the only order in the restaurant right.
