They will show you menu book, but not telling you it's dated until they charge and getting asked about the difference. There's a tiny label at the book saying "ask waiter for price". But the waiter wouldn't say anything. Online menu is incomplete and not include the food getting ordered. When being asked why the price is different they are so justified that they don't need to tell the customer about it, they don't see why customer would argue for tiny dollar difference. Time is difficult, food is okay, but scamming customer intentionlly or unintentionly is just disappointing. The maybe owner is worse, after I told her I was willing to tip 40% if the price is what it shows, she became so furious that the waiter( who never told me about price change) came and waived the tip. There's worse time ahead I don't know if they can last till it gets better being this way. Don't let difficult time cloud your joudgement about how to be an okay restaurant pal~
Very mid to low grade quality sushi. Asked chef to remove shrimp and octopus from my sushi Deluxe and gave me a total of 5 pieces of tuna out of ten pcs you get. Why’d I order the deluxe if I wanted tuna? No creativity and lack of consideration for the customer. You can’t run business thinking your customers don’t know anything.
Sei Bar did an INCREDIBLE job with our office holiday party tonight. The service was top notch [thank your servers again for us - please!], the sushi was fantastic, the Chinese food was great, the drinks. Could not have asked for a better evening with colleagues, friends, and your staff. Again, thank you!
Have always been a fan, food is always hot and reasonably priced. The chicken wings are by far our favorite. 6 large wings for under $10 best around. UNTIL NOW, our last order 2 days ago was disappointing to say the least. The price went up, I understand we have high inflation. The 5 small wings was not what I expected. Unfortunately if this is now the norm, I doubt I'll be back.
Delivery sushi was a speedy delivery through their website and that is rare these days (GrubHub/Doordash ripoff is not required), but the quality was meh. Ocean Sushi in Melrose is superior.
Fabulous place , my favorite is the chicken lettuce wraps . My go to spot in Medford for good asian cuisine and drinks
