I never gave a negative review before. Unfortunately, I just met the lady stuff who was very rude to me. I asked her second times for the dressing options because I was not familliar with her accent and the type of dressings. She looked down on me and pulled each bottle up and raised her voice saying "here is... and here is....!!" I just could not understand what I did wrong.
Food ok, service horrible.
While on our way to a different place for dinner, we saw QDOBA. We decided to give it a try and were very pleased with the customer service and food quality. The food was fresh and well prepared. The quantity of food for the price was reasonable. I will now consider myself a loyal customer to this QDOBA because the Chipotle across the street is trash.
They stopped the brisket so I'll stop going!! The food is food but the only meat I like is the brisket. They replaced it with ground beef that is like sawdust. And to the guy who told me the ground beef wasn't spicy: liar.

Ordered two bowls, both came with charred, yes crispy charred black beans. Never had this terrible quality of food from Qdoba across states and different stores. Terrible experience.
They have BREAKFAST BURRITOS!! Drop your egg McMuffin and get here! I got the egg and chorizo burrito and it was good. The only bummer was they don't serve coffee so I brought my yeti coffee mug. There's a Starbucks next door so you can get coffee
This was my first time visiting Qdoba and will certainly be my last. I ordered a small bites Mac and queso bowl which is listed at 3.75 on the menu, and when I asked the staff what was in it, they said brisket and toppings. Portions were extremely skimpy, not even a full scoop of Mac and cheese. When I go pay, the bowl rang up at over $6 so I ask why it's not 3.75. they said that I got the brisket bowl, which is not what I ordered. I told them I ordered the small bites bowl and they were like ok, we can make that for you and they toss the first bowl they made. I end up when a tiny bowl that's barely half filled and is barely 10 bites. It was flavorless, and the person making my bowl also had his mask down and coughed into my food. Worst dining experience I've ever had.
My rice was hard/uncooked. Hope I don't get sick!
I love quadoba, but the workers at this location are terrible at communicating. I was trying to get a kids meal and it turned into an argument because the staff did not understand what I was asking. They also packed up my order incorrectly and forgot my tortillas which kinda ruins the whole meal so that was a big waist of my time and i’m absolutely not satisfied with my food because I couldn’t even get what I wanted to order.
