The worst service legit ever. So slow. I was supposed to get my online order 30 minutes ago and i get here and theyre just actively refusing to do work. Like hello? Absolutely awful
Love coming here for hearty Chinese food. Food quality and tasty always consistent. The price is also good. Quick and delicious meal. Staff are friendly and efficient. The store is pretty clean. I went at 7pm and a few items need to be refilled and took 5-7 minutes for them to make.

My favorite Panda Express in all of Massachusetts. My husband and I travel to here from Lawrence because this Panda Express is our favorite, and we have our reasons! I unfortunately didn't get the name of the man who served us last Friday night (although I assume he was a supervisor as he was wearing a black polo) but he was a very wonderful, prompt, and helpful person and deserves recognition. Our food was cooked perfectly and portioned generously. This Panda Express really made for a perfect Friday night.
This location totally misses the mark. Received a takeout order with more than half the items missing. When I called and spoke to the manager he could have cared less. Team members laughing in the background and acting as if I inconvenienced them by ordering an hour and a half before close. I explained I ordered the food through their website but he told me it was not his problem. Instead of making the order correct by sending us the correct plates, he said there was nothing he could do. After much convincing he issued $6 off of my bill after directly saying he was issuing a full refund on the order. He was condescending, rude and disrespectful. Instead of apologizing he made excuses. We use to frequent this location but sadly due to management and staff behavior I will warn others not to waste your time or money. I contacted customer service with photos and they issued a full refund within seconds. Take my advice and do not visit this location, and if you do make sure they are actually giving you the food they are charging you for. I know they have a history of pulling menu items when they run out but it is ridiculous to not refund the items you don’t want to take the time to cook.
Love the food but as always the portions are never packed to the max like other places.
When ordering, the person filling our order what efficient and kind. The person checking us out was rude. They rolled their eyes twice, when I asked if a part of the order was in the bag, and if I could have another fork. The place was dirty. Trash was overflowing and counters we Un wiped. We don't plan on coming back.
Do not order food from this Panda Express. I ordered food from Uber eats, already paid but never got the food. It showed the food was already delivered but I didn’t see it at my door. I called the place but no one picked up.!!!!———Following up on the comments,They said I can place another order and they will deliver the food again. But the Panda Express at that location was then completely offline so I could not place the order from The APP. The guy who was delivered the food cannot be reached and I found he even changed his profile on Uber eats…
Didn’t taste like real food I wouldn’t even feed it to my own dog
Every time I order the teriyaki chicken they forget the teriyaki sauce. Every. Time.
