I order from this cafe regularly when I work from home and not only is the food always delicious, but the thank you messages make my day. I really appreciate it.
Great coffee (espresso based and nitro cold brew on tap) as well as great food. Service was also very friendly.

the slower and more efficient staff than seen in a restaurant, they are a group of old women who work apparently bored with their lives
The Spanish lady at the counter was extremely rude to me for no reason. I notice she was going out of her way to accommodate others(who happen to be white). This is extremely unfortunate because it look like all the workers are minorities as well. I have ate from this place numerous of times. However this is the last time I will ever go back. So disappointed customer service is for EVERYONE! No matter who you are. I’m sure the owner does not care and probably condones this sort of selective rudeness. I am saddened that going into the new year this is still happening. Minority save your money and go somewhere you will be treated fair. I also called to let a manager know of the incident and she answered and claimed she was a manager which is the icing on the cake for me because she should know how to manage all guest not just the ones she feels is better than her or she owes hospitality. Very disappointed!

Oh my GOD, this place is great! I ordered an egg, avocado, cheese & tomato sandwich on a croissant, this is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Seriously. It is delicious, fresh, amply sized, and reasonably priced.They use responsible packaging, which is IMPORTANT to me, whereas many places are still using styrofoam, which is SO irresponsible. AND...the place is VERY clean and organized, also important to me...This is my first experience with Grounder Cafe and when I walked in, the smell of coffee was so welcoming (even though I do not drink it, I LOVE the aroma!), as was the woman behind the counter...highly recommend this wonderful place!Enjoy, folks!
Ordered the grounder French toast. The description says coconut flakes but there is so much on the French toast that that is all you taste. If you want some coconuts I would recommend this. If you actually want some French toast do not get this, you will not taste the French toast, strawberries, or Nutella just coconut. I also ordered a hot chocolate for my son. Didn’t think it would taste like coffee since it’s hot chocolate but nope it was more of a hot coffee. My son was super disappointed. Don’t plan on coming back.
