Friendly service, horrible food! Watery coffee, mushy bagels.

horrible there is never a croissant staff I don't know why they put it on the menu it just wastes time

I have ordered from dunkin in the above branch, in the order I specified large over drive through, at the pick up the service guy gave a medium.On upon asking , he said you can take medium. We agreed and took the medium but when we checked the charged amount , we were charged for large Coffee.This is totally unacceptable, first of all they didn’t take the order correctly and then forced us to medium, then we notice after coming out that we were indeed charged for Large.

I only ordered for one thing and received the wrong order and didn’t notice until I was like 3 miles away I ask for an egg cheese and bacon with extra egg and received a bagel with no extra eggs. Absolutely frustrating when you’re on your way to work next time I’m going to be checking so I don’t waste my time and I believe you guys should still just a heads up

Go to another Dunkin. Been twice and both times got attitude and my orders wrong. Ordered two donuts and ended up with an iced coffee. Ordering screen is faulty and flickers but give you attitude when you struggle to order because screen isn't working. Their fault.

Consistently bad service. Don’t waste your time unless you appreciate shady and rude employees and sandwiches missing all but one of the ingredients. And then being told you can’t get a refund immediately.

It’s Boston, dunkin is everywhere but this is one of the better ones. It’s recently been renovated and has the coffee on tap. They almost always get the order right when you use the app. Sometimes they forget something from the order but it’s usually right. The staff is friendly and the drive thru is quick.

Terrible and rude service and the middle eastern language barrier doesn’t help. The workers don’t care when they don’t understand what you’re trying to order.Today, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and the croissant was burnt and crumpled when I bit into it. The hash browns were over-cooked and hard. Do yourself a favor and find a better managed Dunkin.

I think the staff mean well. Due to English not being their first language you have to be as direct/literal possible. They won't understand slang that fluent English speakers use especially when ordering. Would not advise coming here if you are in a hurry to get somewhere.
