At the drive-thru, they have a digital sign that shows you how much each item is. That's a good thing. When I ordered an unsweetened ice tea with a little coconut milk, I was charged 50 cents. I saw the charge and immediately had it removed. When I reached the window to pay, the girl explained that specialty milk was extra. So, I called another Dunkin. It is only when you order a specialty drink, like macchiatto, that the milk is extra. I will not go back to Muddlesex Aveue, Medford Dunkin.
The manager or lady who “acts like everyone’s boss” in the morning is a scammer ! She up chargers you then acts surprised when confronted! She’s done it to me multiple times , it’s unfortunate it’s my local dunks or I’d go else where “which I try to do as often as possible “. . She’s rude to both customers and her employees
Went there at around 2 45. Was informed they opened at 3. After I apologized and waited one of the night shift crew came out personally to ask what I needed. They did everything correctly and when they weren't officially opened. Some of the best service I can get! Highly recommend this location!
Is nice to stop by, drive thru. But they never give you napkins no matter how many sandwiches you order, they never give you napkins or any extra condiments like salt or pepper. If you get food they have to provide that.
That chicken bacon stuffed in a small everything croissant. Delicious but the price is too high for a tiny thing so as much as I liked it, I won't pay that price for suck a "snack"
Just heard that this location puts Splenda in all their cups before serving it to guests. Of course, my father is allergic and if he hadn’t caught the white powder spilling out of it, he would have had a reaction.
Awful location - they have messed up my order atleast 10times by now and they always make you pull out front to wait for your order after going through the drive through. I wouldn’t mind that aspect if it werent because of how busy that area in the front gets during busy hours. Place sucks. I love dunks but this location has become the most annoying aspect of my mornings.
I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese. And when I got to the middle of the sausage and bit into it I had the most disgusting taste to ever into my mouth. It was bitter and tangy like snot. Im so upset !
i just order 2 sausage egg and cheese on croissant and they were both over cooked. My son and I were unable to eat them the croissant was as hard as a rock on both. I sent an email to them to hopefully get a refund or a credit. I am a frequent customer of Dunks and not happy today
This location has the worst service of any place I’ve ever seen. They’re slow, can’t communicate, can’t remember, and constantly get orders wrong. The better option here is to replace the staff and start over from scratch.
