Very unfortunate when you go before the closing time and there closed !!
My coffee has been incorrect multiple times and usually I’m understanding except this Dunkin always blames me. Once the latte I got was so burnt that I mentioned the machine might be having issues (I used to work at a Dunkin and this has happened to our machine) and I was told that “Lattes are actually just strong” as if I was stupid.Today I ordered a iced coffee with milk and received basically black coffee

Don’t buy from 4 harvard ave., Medford, ma. I bought a coffee elsewhere. But had no sticker and everyone knows Dunkin coffee if you order hot it’s to hot to drink then. It obviously was made wrong. So I when I tried to bring in here to replace. She stated not at all Dunkin’s are the same well my next call will be with Dunkin corporate and I’ll see what they think about that statement.
Went there today at 6:30 as and the door was locked. There were 2 employee inside who saw and yet they simply ignored me. Not going back to this place again.
It was okay the drink and everything else was fine then I went back for another Oder of hash browns and snacking bacon payed five dollars for both together and what I got was cold bacon and old hash browns So I asked for new bacon and they helped me sort out the problem quick but I don’t know if it was the manager bacon is never room temperature first of all I’ve been ordering from uber eats walking in everytime and have never gotten cold bacon what he gave me was excuses and he could have just admitt he was wrong but besides that the other workers were great and realized their mistake I work in fast food so I understand but great job guys
My order was delayed big time and food was not ready for 30 minutes. I was bit angry at first then realized the staffing problem all businesses having now.I called the café and spoke with the Manager, Tanya. Explained my problem (politely ?) and asked if she is having short staffing. She acknowledged it. She was there at the café today on her day off because someone called sick, and she does not have any other employees.I salute Tanya and staffs for keeping the door open for their customers.Many businesses (including Starbucks) open few days a week and/or reduced hours.Therefore, my 5 Stars goes to all local small businesses who keeps the door open for their customers, despite the staffing shortage.
Can be on the slow side at times. The old manager used to have an amazing staff. The staff with the new manager has never been the best.

When I went there today Sunday worse people ever. Two hoodlums standing behind me mouthing off no manager to be found this was on high st medford ma. They just kept threw insults at me so of course gave it back to them I called the police when I got home. I would advise any one not to go there because of the clientele
