They make the same coffee order differently every time
I’ve gotten sick the last two days after getting drinks here.
Tried the new white chocolate swirl coffee. Awesome!
Horrible drive thru guy in the mornings. Stands outside smoking cigarettes at 4:45am with his buddy and says they don’t open until 5 when online and at the door says they open at 4:30.And when he does take my order before 5 it’s always wrong.
They messed up my order after I corrected them twice over the speaker. I’d also rather not have a camera shoved in my face while I order, I’ll just go down the street instead.
I do not recommend visiting this Dunkin Donuts because of their AWFUL SERVICE!
This Dunkin shop has been my favorite for years, but recently something had changed. On lazy Sunday mornings I will take a run to this Dunkin for bacon egg and cheese croissants. Recently, last few months, the croissants are so stale and dry that the fall apart in your hand. And there is musty taste as well. Of course, we trash the sandwiches. I'm sad as this Dunkin was my go to, they never screwed up my orders and food was good. So, one star as this has occurred one time to many. I can only believe management is aware of what they are serving to their customers.
This place is fast, efficient, and never messes up an order.

I do not recommend going to this Dunkin Donuts AWFUL SERVICE! The Drive through guy is a sloppy worker. Dropped my money on the ground without saying anything! They’ve also got my order wrong!
