mehhh Super Busy and have never gotten my ice coffee right because end of day they just mix all the coffee together. I don't like espresso ice coffee

One of those few dunkin’s where you’re better off going through the drive through rather than waiting in line. They prioritize the drive through because it is only one pay and go area so the wait time could be longer if they didn’t put it first. They usually get the orders right and the drive through orders are quick.

*Special dietary requirements beware*As of the last several months the quality of service has greatly declined. Today being the worst. I have anxiety and high BP and have switched to decaf bc I'm very sensitive to caffine. After arriving at work today I started feeling the affects off the caffine from the "decaf" coffe i ordered and I said to my co workers theres no way this is decaf. They said they could tell bc i was amped up. And now as I sit here at almost 2 am bc I can't sleep I'm writing this review. This is what happens when I used to drink caffine. This is extremely concerning as it affects not only my mood but my health. God forbid a diabetic asks for sugar free options and they just make whatever they feel like they're going to seriously harm someone. I will never be going back here. I'd rather drive out of my way than go back again.I've also been handed other people's drinks. Mine was missing part of the ingredients for the drink. Missing food. And they make you feel like it's you.

Order is NEVER right and workers refuse to fix in any way and offer NO refund. Ordered a cocoa mocha latte, a ssg egg and cheese and neither were made right. If a refund or correction is suggested by customer workers are hostile. Workers are always rude and make the experience hostile and unwelcoming. Franchisee really needs to consider staff training or replacing as complaints seem consistent for this location. Please save your money and literally go to ANY other Dunkin’ Donuts where they actually treat you like a decent human being. The WORST experience.

I ordered bacon egg cheese bagal ,apple fritter, large decaf tea w/milk got med decaf tea, pulled away from window when I went to take a sip no milk .dunkin on mystic Ave Medford .

The inaccuracy at this drive thru is overwhelming. Always check your order before driving away. Always.

I'm not sure if the manager to this store is part of a secret organization dedicated to finding the absolute worst employees out there, or if they just have a talent for finding sub par service. Every time I go here something goes wrong. You'd think I would learn that they can't actually make a standard mocha latte. You would think I'd tire of managers literally acting like it's my fault when they fail to make 90 percent of my mobile order.....alas. fool me once. Shame on me.
