I come to this location and very often and have never had issues. The staff is always kind and as quick as they can be. They’re very organized and make sure to help customers in order. And this location definitely makes the best grilled cheese out of all the locations I’ve been to ??

Kind staff, but so so abysmally slow. Coming in alone and ordering one coffee often takes upwards of 5/10 minutes.Save your time and go to a Dunks a little farther away - you'll still make it home quicker.
While the main service clerk was friendly and nice, conduct of this location is suspicious. While outside, I witnessed an employee transporting unsanitary donuts in the back of his car. He was not wearing a mask, and the donuts were kept in the metal teams in the back of his car. No motions for sanitation were kept. Additionally, the employee that made the drink order seemed to throw the drinks together with no care of presentation or mixing.
The Sunday crew are so rude for what?? I asked if they put sugar in my latte (really politely) and the two women working there yelled at me at once...I don’t work there and I don’t know if your coffee is sweetened in by default...it’s just a question geez
