Pizzas made in a timely manner, always correct, and super friendly staff! They are also very kind to my dog who loves to eat grilled chicken from here
Worst experience ever, was using for a wile , until I couldn't place orders with caling the store, it was an interview with someone who didn't speak English. The drivers obviously don't use Google maps and are lost, they try to call you but can't speak any English,at all, they're 1 minute from you and lost. Unless you want to run down the street you'll starve. The manager told me they'd send it again at full price after over 2 hours
I paid $36 for a thin crust pizza and they gave me the wrong 2 liter. They wouldn’t refund me the money because the driver left me with the bottle and told me they don’t have any other drivers. Lost my business due a a soda. Great job
It's Domino's what is there to say? It's a bit more than consistently consistent, at a bit more than a predictable pizza place. All kinds of people are working or should I say, are standing there watching other people work. I'm not sure how they can be the way they are or how they get away with it. With that being said, good value for the food, but poor experiences watching the disarray and poor people skills.

They charge me 12 Dollars instead of $8 for a pizza that I Put a order in the counter Their phone doesn't work so I can't call it inBuy phone ,online, in store,, For carry out 3 toppings for 799 it's that right I didn't even want to give me a refund

Christina had the best delivery customer service I’ve ever encountered. The store didn’t include a soda and I told her not to worry about it, a soda is no big deal and the pizza was piping hot. She rang my doorbell 20 mins later with the soda and a smile on her face y’all need to give her a raise or promotion or something. Thanks again Christina ??
I would give it zero stars but it ain’t a option ! I could have made a faster delivery on bike !!! Company needs a lot of work , especially Medford site
