Very disappointed!!! I ordered a graduation cake. It looked like a 4yr old wrote on it! Didn’t even bother mentioning it to the young kid that worked there because he couldn’t even be bothered to greet me and look at me!Went home and wiped off the horrible writing and added sprinklesNever again!
Came into the store today very happy joking with the cashier I said hello I have an order from that I kind of found it very rude guy behind the counter didn't smile no type of Personality not can I help you ma'am anything so then I said to him are you in a bad mood he's in looks at me still very angry no expression on his face I said to him I have children your age and then I begin to explain to him how it is not okay to have that type of attitude with customer service I'm a general manager myself I would never hire an individual that wouldn't smile and greet my customers so then I begin to explain to him again thoroughly how it's not okay I have children your age and you're being very rude so then he looked at me roses eyes he grabs the order and throws it on the counter I asked for his manager Young lady at the register a very tall I can't give you his name I said but where's your manager cuz I need to speak to someone their managers in comes up nice young guy he spoke very well I said to him is this how you train your employees because he seemed very rude I had to scream the order out can I please have still invited great Manor I said to him what is this young man's name because I would like to speak to corporate about him I can't give you his name the young man that told me this name was Jared or Jaron I walked out of the store very disappointed in their customer service and after reading these reviews I'm pretty sure you mess up on all these orders because you have frumpy grumpy people who really don't appreciate their titles or jobs and don't want to be there anyways this is ridiculous I've never ever been spoken to or treated in a manner from children sad and very disgusting it seems like customer service went away we need to teach our children manners
Cannot even describe the frustration we have with this place. Decided to order a cake for our sons birthday from here. Came to pick it up yesterday and the associate there looked shocked as if he seen a ghost. Well it turns out they never made it, so he said he will make it and it will be ready for pickup the next day. Luckily the birthday was the next day and i stopped by, otherwise I would have shown up empty handed. Picked it up today and it doesn't look good at all. Looks rushed, or even looks like I made it. I can't fault him because he was put in this situation due to the poor communication amongst his team members. Honestly not worth 70 dollars at all. Can't even take pictures of this cake because it just looks so bad.Will not be back and will not recommend until they can get their operations together.
The ice cream is espectacular delicious, but those employees definitely need some costumer service lessons. They look tired ? unhappy and boring.
I never thought getting icecream could be depressing the staff had no engery barley could hear them greeting me I'm creamy shake was blad I ask if the ice cream wasnt fresh I just got a stare down there was a young women there couple weeks ago she is the real deal friendly and attention that's why I came back but man 2 gentle men look miserable
Absolute worst location, 3 employees were working with a line of 12 people and the employees SLOWED DOWN their production. One pulled out his phone multiple times and one even turned his back to the line and began a 3 minute conversation with a coworker. I don’t recommend this place at all
I love the Lucky charm ice cream so good added peanut butter cups with it loved it I wish the kid in the back working was more friendly and wasn't messing around in the back which took away a star either wise 5 all day
Ice Cream was a little chalky, the server spoke very softly and made it very difficult to hear them.
Just went to Cold StoneMedford as I was craving a milkshake, those creamy concoctions that they sell for an absurd price. After I had already paid, I noticed that my milkshake didn’t have a straw. After I inquired about a straw to consume the drink I had already paid for, the kids managing the counter replied that they had ran out of straws. They went on their merry way finishing orders for some sort of delivery orders as the place was empty…
