I feel like you get a more consistent and better tasting burrito if you order it inside as opposed to the app. I enjoy the convenience of the app but not the consistency of the food when you use it. I gave the place 5 stars because the burrito I had I went in to order it and it was made correctly and it was really good. My only complaint would be they were out of a lot of ingredients and they had to keep walking all around to get fresh for the bar.

Worst Chipotle ever! I spent $24 for two bowls, and it's running out of tomatoes. Only a few lettuces were left when I ordered. They didn't reduce the price or replace by others ingredients.

I have to say that I love chipotle, but the conditions in which this restaurant is in are disturbing. Black beans swimming in the sauce, like literally no beans. Rice not even one scoop. The lettuce was old, they were lacking many other ingredients on the bar like, cheese, guacamole, and most of sodas were flat. Thanks for the horrible experience!

My order was completely wrong, down to missing the chips. The only part correct was the white rice. Both bowls were wrong. I was so sad because I had been thinking about it all day, and it was in eatable. Usually it's delicious, this was a very very off night.

if you order through the chipotle app, prepare to never end up getting your food. i’ve ordered 3 times, waited an hour, and my order was canceled on there end. chipotle doesn’t even want to give a refund.

This was my first time coming to this location. I’ve been to many locations in many states. I tried to order a kids cheese quesadilla and was informed that I had to order it online and couldn’t order it in person. This made no sense to me. I ended up getting myself a bowl and my kid something somewhere else. The food was okay. The employees were okay as well. The dining room was messy. Nothing special about this location.Update: I gave this place another chance on Friday 4/1. This time, the manager actually made the cheese quesadilla for me. There were many people waiting in line for their online orders. One lady said she waited for 40 minutes and the manager told her he didn't see her order that someone must have taken it so they remade it. The pinto beans looked so dry and the steak was very chewy. The cashier was very slow backing up the line. When I get to him, I had to remind him to get my kid his chocolate milk. The kids's plate also comes with chips or fruit. I asked for either/or and the cashier said I didn't charge you for that. Instead of going back and forth, I paid and left. This place does not run well at all. I'm not sure what the issue is, but they need to fire everyone and start with a new staff and new management or close for a while to retrain. I also noticed that they are closed on Sunday when every other Chipotle is open 7 days a week. After giving them two chances, I have decided not to return.

Very bad experience at this place, I ordered online and was waiting for over 45 minutes, of course i was upset.the blue braided attendant started making fun me with her coworker, such a disrespectful spot.Don’t order online here, someone will probably steal your order and they will make you wait forever

If I could give it a 0 star I would girl with blue hair was very disrespectful rolling her eyes cursing and talking about customers like we can’t hear her. One girl gave me a good portion of food and guy next to her said stop putting a lot and I thought it was up to my liking. Guacamole is always brown like it’s been out all day and don’t even get me started on the unfit managers! Store needs a better team.

Sooo on a cooperate level it's terrible to see them making bank while the workers slave, with that being said, there were personal online orders being taking, app orders being taken and in person orders being taken with only 3 employees. They were doing the best they could, I waited 30 minutes for my food but as I waited I watched people complain about the pick up orders not being ready observing the same work conditions as I did. with no compassion. A young lady with blue braids(loved) took charge and micro managed the situation the reassure and get the orders under control, its employees like this we need to APPRECIATE!!! also the food was worth waiting for *the 5 stars is for the employees*

The only saving grace about this chipotle location is the parking making pick up orders much easier.They are not consistent in pick up times, either too soon or way late. Also orders are too often not well made once opened. Lack of quality staff or training but based on a lot of reviews here management seems to be lacking as well. What else can happen when the top level has this many issues…
