Wow, so mediocre. Idk if there are Piccadilly's in this part of the country, but this place tastes exactly like it. It's like cafeteria food. They make frozen dinners also, and I'll be damned if they aren't just microwaving frozen dinners in this kitchen. It's cheap, it's fine, it's not very good.

Other than our soup missing everything else was great including the young lady at Boston Market in medford or Wellington circle that put together our order her great customer service makes up for the missing soup!!

Order was ready and waiting when I got there. Chicken was great.I ordered through "Active Menus".

This Boston Market location got better. The foods is hot, fresh, and delicious. I was excited they had prime rib at a very good price, however they discontinued it. Too bad. But all sorts of new options, definitely worth it.

Wow they have what seems like a new menu as far as the flavors of the chicken! I had the Thai spicy chicken and my friends had their two other flavored ones. Basically Boston Market is stepping up their game, great job!

I was excited to find a Boston Market and ordered a quarter white individual meal. The disappointment is real! The chicken was not fully cooked. The mashed potatoes was missing gravy and there wasn’t any utensils to eat with!

Terrible customer relations common sense is not used at this location

I somehow ended up ordering thru "active menus" because when I got to the store the front door was locked with a sign saying they are only open for online orders and delivery orders after 4pm. Wth?So I went online and ordered...I added a tip assuming the servers would see this and it may have possibly given them some incentive to actually care about my order.Nope...There's no indication that I tipped at all on my receipt and after telling them the name on my order which idiotically is my user name seen above the server couldn't wrap her mind around what I was telling her when asking for my order. Then afterwards I saw the manager get my order from the printer, say the name out loud clearly irritated about it and he just ignored it as if it was fake or something. It was a joke at best. The icing on the cake was people walked in the side door (for delivery and pickup) as I had done and they just walked up to the counter and ordered and were served immediately while I waited for over 20 minutes. You guys need to figure this stuff out because the way you are currently operating is ridiculous.

Came to the Medford, Ma location and the door was locked. So I ordered online, waited the request 20 mins and came to back to the restaurant which was still locked. When I knocked on the window. The staff just waved me off. Finally I called and was told they are working on a big order and I would have to wait longer. They had me come inside and then ignored me, when I asked about my food, one of the employees said exasperated “Can’t you see we have a big order. You just have to wait.” The staff was INSANELY rude and why are orders being taken online if they can’t be fulfilled? Save your time. This place is joke.

They left out the gravy that I paid extra for, in my delivery order on Ubereats. First time ordering from them too. I would recommend that management improve their quality control. First impressions last.Having restaurants forget what you ordered is the worst. It’s like having your spouse forget that you wanted them to grab eggs while they were at the store. Sure it’s an honest mistake, but that does speak volumes to the attention to detail and, if it keeps happening, how much they value you. What if someone had an allergy or was vegetarian? Would they forget and accidentally include meat in a vegetarian dish? Just something to consider, if they can’t even fulfill basic orders. With other restaurants around who can include all the items in an order (or give you a heads up if they ran out of something, which is fine too), I don’t see a reason to go out of one’s way to eat somewhere that doesn’t seem to care.
