Our family enjoyed excellent sushi rolls in addition to solid Chinese food offerings. The waitstaff was helpful and very pleasant. The atmosphere was also nice.
Once again, Blue Fuji falls short in customer service. Placed online order directly through their site (Grubull) the response was 45 minutes. Waited an hour, called and they said they still hadn’t started cooking. It’s now been 1 hr and 45 min and still nothing. When you call either no one picks up, or the answers are vague.
Had a great experience in here with my girlfriend. The food comes fast and the service is just excellent. Prices are fair.
They should show options for nori or soy wraps! I never wanted soy wraps. At least ½ the reason I get nori rolls is for the nori.
Placed an online order for pickup at 2pm since I had to drop something at a nearby shop. They called at 1:30pm just as I was leaving to tell me they'd finished the order early and I needed to pick it up now, didn't care about the scheduled time or that I was just now leaving the house.When I got there I saw my order out on the front step, unwatched, in the middle of a torrential downpour. They also had the doors closed and blocked with chairs, and the lights off. I grabbed the damp bag, ran to do my errand, and headed home.When I got home I realized they'd probably set the order out immediately after calling me, as the bag was also very wet on the inside and the food was completely cold. Also half was missing - not sure if they just never put it in, or if some hungry passerby helped themselves. Either way, just threw the rest out.Yum.
So Rude!!! Wanted to place an order with my certificate ,called them for take out order but they told me that I can not use my certificate and hang up on me! Called back and received the same rudeness!!!
Ordered delivery, took almost 2 hours . I called twice, first time was put on hold for 5 minutes. Was told it was in route. After 25 minutes I called back and they said it would be another 5 minutes and after another 45 minutes was still not here. We tried to call to cancel but they would not answer so we had to cancel the order through Grabull. Terrible customer service at Blue Fuji and I am huge supporter of local restaurants but will never be ordering from here again!
We were a little skeptical based on some of the reviews but decided to try out this place before heading to see Jo Koy. The service was fast and the food was great. I only took off one start because I agree the laser lights are just strange and distracting ;)
Amazing sushi especially for the price, staff was perfect and a comfortable environment, will be visiting again very soon.
