Went in for a quick casual lunch with my girlfriend. The service was friendly, kind and attentive — from the front door to the server. Our server, Ademilton, was very friendly with a great attitude. The food was tasty and inexpensive. Was very happy with my lunch experience :)
Worst pasta I’ve even tried! I ordered chicken. Piccata the pasta is so dry and undercooked and hard.
Worst restaurant experience of my life!!! We started out with a brainless waitress that could hardly speak sounded like she had COVID or a bad flu umm I don’t want to get sick to go out to eat I waited 20 to 30 minutes for frozen raviolis that came cold I said how long was this dish on the counter because it’s cold she said I have no idea told her to warm it up another 10 minutes she was bouncing around the restaurant like a wired out junkie by the time the manager came by with the raviolis I was getting up leaving I told her I am not paying for anything she said do you want to bring it home I said keep your food couldn’t be bothered at that point I will NEVER return to this location or maybe others because of this clueless sick waitress
We're not from MA and wanted to know some local spots and saw this place pop up a few times so we decided to try it finally. Service is great here however, we can tell the food is microwaved. Only because my boyfriend ordered one of the sizzling dishes which they claimed on the menu that it's baked through an oven. When he received his dish ( I think it was a meatball dish or something) and the center was cold ?. He didn't want to say anything to the waiters because he felt bad and everyone was already running around and really busy. We probably won't be back here...
We try to always come when Lucy (on the bar side) is working, as she always gives us top notch service. The food is very good as well, sometimes a bit inconsistent (though still good), but that becomes less of a thing because we always have a great time with Lucy and her other regulars. Popped in Mother's Day afternoon...very busy but they handled...Love Italian cuisine and brick oven Pizza and rolls! Almost ruined my diet but able to get a big fresh salad and their grilled shrimp...yum. I was happy with that and a home made dinner roll, not to mention complimentary garlic olive oil...I could live on that! And the hubby and son were satisfied by their Pepperoni Pizza...we have been taking Anthony there since he was a kid...over 20 years. Sentimental value and a walk around the River Park across the street made my day. Local treasures!
Customer service was okay, food also. We got lasagna and 4cheese ravioli. Lasagna not cooked inside enough so half of it we had to leave but 4 cheese ravioli was amazing and I would definitely recommend it. I will be back soon to try pizza!
I sat down at about 5:00pm as 40 screaming children running around with parents drunk as a skunk treated the restaurant as if it was a jungle gym. It is now around 6:50pm and I am still sitting here as I am writing this review longing for my check which still hasn’t arrived at my table. The food took forever to come and as I sat down waiting I felt as if I was going gray. If you have a small child that likes to run around this is the place for you. But if you want to have a peaceful dinner and eat some real Italian food try somewhere else. They definitely dont pay the staff enough to deal with this b.s. I hope these drunk moms Atleast tip well for ruining my night out at bertuccis
Had to go to Everett and remembered this place from when I picked up someone at the Logan Airport. Because it would be supper time we decided to grab a pizza at this venue. Best roasted. Veggie pizza we've had in quite awhile. Good service also.
We where there to night. The food was excellent. The waiter Dan was so professional. He made sure that we where well taken care of. If you want good Italian food this is the place to go. Dan thank you for the service that you gave us . We enjoyed having you as our waiter. We will definitely be back to This place.
