What a gem of a place. We love their cakes and macaroons; the pistachio macaroon is my favorite. Almost everything here is freshly hand made from scratch with lots of care. The staff are very friendly and neighborly.

Fabulous pastries and wonderful service. I needed an Italian Rum cake on very short notice and they made it for me.I take their pastries to all family gatherings and people look forward to them? ?????

Very disappointed! We heard this place was amazing so we came to get some pastries and they are closed at 12:20 on a Monday. We are travelling back to Florida with no pastries for family because nobody opened up. Terrible! Lost our business

Vicky the woman behind the counter was so helpful and makes the best cannolis you can imagine.The chocolate cake was outstanding.I highly recommend this pastry shop for its delicious pastries and exceptional customer sevice.Thank you Vicky for that slush it was soo good!!!
I called Arthur's Bakery in Medford and i spoke to the owner...I asked Robert if he still made Ice Cream Cakes and he said yes...Robert asked me what kind of Ice Cream Cake i wanted...i really didn't know so he made a suggestion...i liked his suggestion so i went with it...the cake was fantastic...everyone could not believe it came from a bakery...I have to say i been buying pastry and ordering cakes from Arthur's Bakery for years and i have never been disappointed...if you are looking for a great bakery you need to try Arthur's Bakery in Medford...Robert thank you so much another great cake...
I would have given zero stars if it allowed. I've had the worst experience of my cake ordering life from here this past weekend. I would never again tell anyone to go here. I will be writing a further review shortly.
