Incredibly slow service and frequently taking mobile dine-in orders only for the dining room to be closed and the drive through to have a 15-20min wait, which means your order has been done and sitting there for that time. After this happened for the fourth time in a month, I've decided to post about it. Until they remember how to actually staff their restaurant, avoid at all costsEdit: Also, look at reviews in the past 1-2 months, and you'll see others saying the same thing. Likely a problem with management not willing to pay people to work here or otherwise mismanaging the staff. Avoid!
Normally I have no problems here. But today, the girl running the drive through was extremely rude I pulled up to the intercom and with no one saying anything after about 30 seconds I just said hello, to see if they knew I was there. Then no reply after a minute so I said hello again. The girl then replied very annoyed “We know you’re there.” I then waited an a man took my order and he was great. Then I get to the window and the girl is there and she then keeps staring at me till I look up she then slowly starts smirking and giving me a rude stare like I’ve done something extremely rude. and leaves the window. She then comes back a minute later and proceeded to as slowly as she could hand me my food. And was even more rude. I don’t know what her problem was. But it’s probably some of the worst service I’ve ever received.
For Mother's Day, I decided to take my grandchildren out shopping and get a bite to eat. We chose Wendy's as they like the Frosty's. BIG MISTAKE, HUGE!! Not only were we greeted rudely by the order taker, we were rushed. I asked my granddaughter to tell the LADY what she would like and she abruptly scolded me replying, "LET'S GET ONE THING STRAIGHT. DON'T CALL ME LADY. I DON'T LIKE BEING CALLED THAT. CALL ME WOMAN!" Needless to say we all shocked as well as the one other customer in the place. We should have went straight across to McDonald's where they have really stepped up their game. She was so condescending and rude. Yelled across the room at me that my order was right in front of me. No s___t! I was reading my receipt to double check that yes indeed, she forgot the fries!! Needless to say, never again thanks to YOU LADY!!!
Ordered on mobile for on store pick-up and when I arrived the doors were all locked. A customer opened the door for me and I went to mobile pickup. They seemed upset that they had to make my order. Sadly after returning home I found out my son's burger was not plain as requested in the app. Usually this location does a great job, thus 3 stars instead of 1.
Very nice people. Just a FYI: A sour cream and chive baked potato should come with sour cream. This isn’t the first time it’s been left out. Everything else was very good.
This particular store is unavailable for pickup orders, even through the Wendy's own app - won't let me make an order, saying that they "went on a break". Ok, drove there and wanted to walk in to order and pay with my phone, but they have locked the doors, but there are still some customers inside.Called their number - noone picks up.What a waste of time. Even the best efforts of the company, targeted at ease of ordering, amount to zero when the staff at a particular location are lazy and inefficient.
Always good 4 for 4 cant beat it ! Foods always fresh and hot no complaints. This Wendy's is one of the better fast food establishments.
I called to say my order was wrong. I said service sucked. I then was scolded for saying service sucked. " You should not use bad words." "What do you want me to do?" What I hoped for was I'm sorry your order was not right. I guess you get what you pay for. 3rd time is not a charm, I've learned my lesson. I will not be going back. Rude all the way around.
Staff was rude as hell, gave me attitude acting as if they didn't know what the rewards system was. I was trying to get $2 off my order reward code and they told me that the rewards machine (I work at McDonald's ad I know the rewards machine is literally the pay out window computer where they cash you out) was broken, slammed the window and walked away. If you don't accept them at the location then say that instead of acting like you've never heard of it and saying the machine was broken
