I don't usually complaint but that's the third time the drink it's not the way it's supposed to be. Bought a iced latte that comes with whipped cream and cinnamon on top but it didn't the coffee was like water. Today I got a mango dragon fruit drink same thing that was only 2 pieces of fruit and almost clear tasted like water. :( If people pay almost $10 in a drink I would like to taste better. Sorry and I hope next time it's better.
Clean, courteous and fast. I Loved the outside patio. Even though at times i felt i was being watched?. Some of The outside tables needed to be cleaned. Now my raisin and cinnamon bagel was perfectly toasted and my cream cheese wasn't warm thank you for that. I truly despise when they put the cream cheese in with the bagel and making it warm gross?. Now I don't remember the name of my drink but even with liquid sugar it was still to sour. My partner got a mocha java chip Frappuccino with whip cream delish ?. He got an everything bagel again perfect.
Ignored my mom when she was at the speaker then when I called to inform them that the drink they gave me was a latte and not a iced matcha green tea latte the manager had the audacity to tell me to stop complaining and that my drink had to much caffeine and sugar when I explained I didn’t need 2 shots of espresso ? clearly she hung up on me and tried to spin the story that I yelled at her when she was having a meltdown ? they are clearly smoking crack and can’t read. When my mom ordered my drink the lady said “vanilla and vanilla sweet cream cold foam” like why are you judging me girl judge yourself ?? then tried to offer me a gift card and remade drink when I called back to explain the whole story to someone else. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE could never be me ? like what is actually wrong with these people I always tip and my mom goes this isn’t green and they tried to convince her everything was okay LMFAO I don’t usually pray that often but I’ll pray for them get better soon bitter unfriendly and unhappy baristas and their stone cold manager who clearly needs a dose of reality. Learn how to read and treat people better ? “ mistakes happen” yes they do but don’t tell me I’m complaining when I have every right too and you can’t take accountability for your actions ESSAY DONE RANT OVER get better soon ??
Mikaela Renaud-lowther …Rudest Customer Service I have ever seen.I am a regular customer at this Starbucks and saw a women treated horribly by Mikaela Renaud-lowther the other day. I will not be coming back. I was picking up a mobile order and saw her treating a women with so much disrespect. It is absurd to me that both Starbucks managers were working during this time and are somehow oblivious to her treatment of customers.
I usually have a good experience at this Starbucks but I ordered a chai latte and it had no chai syrup it was only water and milk mixed together. For the price I can't justify a cup of milk
Decent location to work. Service was okay; staff fixed issues promptly.
$6 drinks. I can't go here too often. But the Baristas usually get it right. Yay!
Says it closes at 7:30pm. I went at 6:30pm and it was closed. You can't even trust a chain nowadays.
The drive thru is confusing to navigate. There's no signage telling you were the entrance is located so you can easily get stuck in the banks entrance.The person handling my order handed me 1 of 6 items and told me to have a nice day. There was no one else in line and I had ordered through the app. I know people make mistakes but if I'm paying $30 for 3 beverages and 3 pastries, I expect excellent service.
My only nitpick would be that they were out of stoppers for the coffee cup lids, but then who isn't having supply issues? Otherwise, impeccably quick service! And excellent coffee flavor!
