Good Panera location. They now have curbside pickup (designated parking lot spots for pickup). Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because occasionally they mess up the order (make sure to check it before leaving) and once my rapid pickup order was stolen (someone purposely walked in and took my order that was sitting and waiting for me), so be aware this location has customers who might steal from you. Keep your possessions close if inside. The manager remade my order, though so it was resolved asap. I actually saw the thief walk by me, with my order, as I stood there waiting for it to be remade (I could see the big noticeable receipt, with my name printed big, on the bag, as they walked by. This means they were bold enough to take it, eat it there and then not finish it and walk out with it. And I had alterations to my order so a person who grabbed the wrong thing would have notice and spoken up. They definitely took someone else's order on purpose.)
everything was Good I recommend
I had a Good experience here nothing to make it stand out from other Paneras. Over all it was fairly clean and the wait time was reasonable.
You can’t miss at Panera. The food is great and so is the service. My only complaint is the desserts at the register because I have to buy something every time I go in there…it’s awful ?I have been going here for years and each food item tastes the same today as it did 5 years ago. Make sure to get one of the smoothies or blended drinks. ENJOY..
There wasn't anything bad per se that made me remove a star but there wasn't anything extraordinary pushing a 5th star. 1st time at Panera, it was "eh". The french onion soup had a tiny tiny pinch of cheese, not really french onion tbf. They up sold me to adding chicken to my Caeser salad, which barely had any chicken or dressing. It's like their schtick is trying to be healthy, even though their other schtick is bread. And maybe I'm just slow but the whole process was unclear. I didn't know you had to order here but get food over there. I didn't know I could just order drink cup size and then self serve whatever. I didn't know if you left your empty plates on the table (I error'd on the side of caution and explored for a place to put them since it is fast food ish). And I didn't know the french onion wouldn't have cheese (it did but not enough to count, let alone the massive amount of cheese that comes with that soup). The wedge of bread they have me was soft though. Not bad for bread they don't bake there. But I couldn't help but wonder if the pizza would be good because of the bread or bad because of the thick of the crust (bread) and the lack of cheese /chicken/dressing. Not sure why but I had higher expectations. It had a Starbucks vibe though. Like, you could order a water, roll, and then sit on your laptop for 3hrs. So maybe that's the real schtick. It was ok but I don't see myself pursuing a Panera for lunch unless I was out to lunch with hipster or booshie friends/coworkers, or maybe on a date with a chick that avoids Walmart for Target.
If you like Sharp Vermont Cheddar Mac n’ Cheese (sprinkled with crispy bread crumbs) then Panera is the place for you. Even if you don’t like Sharp Vermont Cheddar Mac n’ Cheese they have a variety of great salads, soups , and last but not least fresh baked bread and pastries
This location was clean and welcoming. The staff was polite, and recovered fairly well from not paying close attention to orders while they were being placed. I am always Leary of this sort of thing, because I always think of the people, like my kids, who have severe food allergies. If someone asks for an item not to be in their food, it may be just their preference. Or it may very well be a life or death situation. Pay closer attention the first time. Other than that, this place gets 4 stars easy! My recommendation: tuna salad sandwich and tomato soup!
I really like this place. Thanks
Food was very good. Just a small problem with shortages of ingredients.
A few weeks ago, my wife visited Panera. A customer walked up to her and hassled her because of her race. The store manager (Liv) intervened swiftly and kicked the customer out. I appreciate her courage and conscience. It is truly heartwarming to see someone take a stand in such a situation. Please keep up the good work. Also, good food, great staff, and plenty of parking!
