Been customers for years. Took a dear friend to lunch. She's 85 yrs. young. We had "Johnny" as our waiter. He was EXTREMELY flamboyant, referred to us as "his queens" and screwed up every aspect of our meal. We were patient, however, we reached out limit.Seemed to be so preoccupied with being 'Flamboyant' that he forgot pretty much everything we asked for.My husband and I frequent this location and order take out on a monthly basis. We usually always have a great experience. I was so embarrassed today. And did I mention whoever cuts the onions for the salad???????

Went in for a late lunch after shopping. Ordered an eggplant parmigiana and it was delicious! Not just the flavor but how they cooked and presented it. Not the usual layering but two hefty slices of eggplant fried crispy but tender, topped with a nice marinara sauce and just the right amount mozzarella and the waitress topped it off with their fresh grated cheese. Of course, I got the salad and bread sticks! Oh so stuffed, I was forced to get dessert to go! Heavenly delectable chocolate black forest mousse cake!

So unfortunately this Olive Garden did not live up to its names greatness. We were happily seated promptly but immediately noticed little ants on our barely cleaned table. The restaraunt had just opened so I assume the shift the night before put little care in making sure the place was cleaned before they left. My assumption was confirmed once I looked at the table next to us for and noticed much food still on it. Our waitress seemed somewhat disoriented and was mumbling almost incoherently. The coke I ordered tasted f funny. The food however was amazing. Asiago tortellini with grilled chicken is almost worth dying for. We paid and headed for the door. We are not from the area and so this is not a review for Olive Garden in general. We love Olive Garden. But this one, at least on this occasion, provided us with a poor experience.

Have gone to this branch multiple times but not sure how bad the service quality has become. Went there yesterday the girl in the front, gave me and my wife a table and then 15 mins down not a single server came by to even ask for a glass of water. I mean it's not like we went there for free food nor did we go that late, if your servers don't want to work or serve customers late evening and let that be known prior or at the entry point. This Marlborough branch is the worst, never had such experience in any prior Olive garden branch.

Service was awful. My waiter was new and management had him over loaded. Poor guy was struggling to tend to his tables and we happen to be forgotten. Went in for a lunch at 1:30pm and was served food at 3:30….. unacceptable and when i complained to the manager he offered us free desert which was not followed up on. Wont be returning this Olive Garden is a joke

I've eaten at OG at this location many times in the past years, but my last visit was disappointing. Waited QUITE a while for a server to make contact (ok, maybe short-staffed), but she finally arrived with apologies and took our order. Appetizers arrived, so did the breadsticks (which we did not want, and they were taken away) - but no salad. The "never ending salad?" More like the "never arriving salad." We waited. Dinner arrived. No salad - so we asked for it. I have to say, it was the smallest bowl of salad I've ever been served! Usually we are asked if we want cheese on our salad or our pasta - uh, nope, that was never asked of us. So we did ask for cheese - never arrived. Rather than let our dinner get cold, we just skipped the cheese and started eating. We had some leftovers which we planned to take home; another waitress came by to ask if we wanted a box - why, yes! Never arrived. I guess it was "ask and you shall not receive" night. Our waitress finally reappeared (we thought she might have gone home for the evening - or been fired or quit); again, we asked for a box, which she brought. Never once did she check in to see how our meal was. The one saving grace was that she didn't charge for our soft drinks - I guess that was to make up for the poor service? I'd rather have good service and pay for my drinks, and not get a lot of apologies. At least the food was good. I hope this isn't the start of things to come at this location.

I ordered the shrimp scampi and there was sooooo much garlic in it you could not taste the shrimp or angel hair pasta, or anything else on the plate. Tasted like I was eating a plateful of garlic!!!! I never write reviews but this was terrible.
