Disgusting ? my fries was soggy, my chocolate was melted, and I asked for a cup of ice with my bottled water and they never delivered it. I usually go to the Shrewsbury st location which is amazing but this location shame on them. I will never order from them again ?

Went there at 9:20 (they close at 10pm) and she seem very upset about ordering a sandwich. Got a coxinha instead, she throw in a bag with no napkins. It was cold. Just don’t go there after 9pm

Here is better idea of baked goods.Many Latin bakeries are poorly run like Silvas bakery in Hudson Worst type of bakery of it's kind margarine (artificial oil substitutes) instead of butter. Cheap flours (bleached) and you get sickness disease etc. This also 2021 not 1960s 1970s
It was so good and delicious ? first time at the place and I'm pleased, got the Miranda's meal, good price, good flavor. I'm looking forward to going again. Best costumer service from those beautiful ladies at the counter.
Ordered delivery at 3.30p on a Sunday, so generally not a busy time when one might expect a kitchen to be slammed and adjust expectations accordingly. One item was completely missing (pigs in a blanket). The cheese turnover was an empty pocket of fried dough that I thought was missing the cheese entirely until I ripped it open and found a lone hunk of cheese stuffed in one corner. X-tudo burger was missing the ham & bacon. The cheese bread was heavy and rubbery/doughy. Never had Brazilian cheese bread like that before. It's usually been light & airy but maybe this is a regional difference. Won't be eating here again.
Constantly getting orders wrong, sometimes I call to place an order and they don't even start cooking it until I get there. When they do mess up your order and fix it, they almost never compensate you for wasted time.
