Haven't been to a McDonald's in at least 3 years... Today's trip ensured it'll be another 6 at minimum. Flattened/half size nuggets not to mention half the taste as before and they changed $4 for the $1 large fry. As always the fry box was half full.No wonder McDonald's has been losing business. Looking forward to Cane's opening next door
Employees dont wash their hands. One employee even cleaned the restroom and then dumped that dirty bathroom water on the grill to clean the grill after cleaning the bathroom floors with it. I told him that is disgusting and he said “the grill burns off any germs so its ok” then they proceeded to fry burgers on it. I almost threw up. I left and will never be back. I would go to another location but they probably all do that
Went to grab a number 7 through the drive thru (2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink), the fries tasted good, the drink tasted like water (ordered a coke) and the cheeseburgers were awful they did not taste like cheeseburgers, they literally just had cheese and onions in it, never going back to order at this mcdonalds again, I've had no problems with the other mcdonalds than this.
Always the best in the area in terms of quality the food preparation and timeliness of the drive-thru.
Best M&M McFlurry ever. It was loaded with M&Ms and employees were super friendly.
Front Workers where overworked.Managers seemed to laid back.Instead of watching should have jumped in and helped.
The young man working the cash register and bring the food out was very rude and very impolite no numbers were at the concierge the place was filthy
They want 15.00 an hr when they can't even put an order together right. 5th time it has happened. Guess I'll be going to Burger King or Wendy's from now on. NO MORE MCDONALD'S
We have breakfast here once a week. Service is inconsistent but the food is always very good. We like the McMuffins and hash browns. McMuffins are served hot (usually) and are delicious. The hash browns depend on how old the grease is they use to fry them. Yesterday I ordered an Egg McMuffin, Sausage McMuffin without egg, hash brown, small orange juice, and apple juice. The Sausage McMuffin came with egg, and the 'small' orange juice was HUGE (we've never seen one that big). After checking the receipt, we were charged for a medium OJ.
Got home and most of food ordered wasn't in the bag. Phone off hook so can't call. Just terrible. Had to drive back to try and resolve issue.
