Melhor pizzaria de Massachusetts ??
This was the worst experience I’ve had. I used to like the pizza 3 years ago and figured I’d order from there again. I order a margarita pizza and a chicken pizza with there Brazilian cheese catupory. They sent the deliver driver to my old address from 4 years ago which was across town. When I got the pizza I noticed they gave me the wrong soda. When I checked the pizza it was cold and tomato sauce was missing along with the brasilian cheese and basil I asked for. The pizza was undercooked, paper thin and soggy. I don’t even think the Doug recipe is right. Do not order food here. The people running this place is running it to the ground and does not care about the food. They also make brasilian ppl look bad like they don’t know how to run a business. It’s gross and pathetic.
Everyone is so kind here! The food is always delicious and the service is great :)
I come here to pick up a door dash order theres a couple if front of me STILL ORDERING their food I wait 15 minutes they get their food before me now I'm not genius or nothing but I'm more then positive door dash orders are already paid for and should be ready upon dasher arrival. But cool. Just won't accept no more orders for you guys.
We ordered Barbeque Chicken Pizza from this restaurant on the recommendation of the receptionist at the Hotel we were staying at overnight. Pizza arrived without any chicken on it at all. When we called the gentleman at the restaurant said he would call us back as we just asked for our money back. He never called back. Would NOT recommend this place at all!!!
The food is good, but I can't say the same for their customer service. Much appreciated if she could take my order and not swear at the same time.10/22/21Update: I have ordered a gourmet type of pizza before so I dont't understand how a large plain-cheese pizza is in the gourmet pizza price range of about $15. Makes no sense!-->because of this, I would give a 2.5 rating if I could.
Was great until I got onto 495 north and took a bite of my steak and cheese and got a big glob of mayo which I dont remember asking for. Who puts mayo on a steak & cheese in the first place. Especially when you didnt ask for it.
$18.04 for a large Pepperoni pizza when their menu online says a large pizza goes for 9.95 and add a topping for 2.25..... I'm all set. Pizza was good but not for that price especially when you expect to pay one price and get charged another. If the price was listed originally at that...fine but Since I wasn't the one who picked up the pizza I didn't realize the price til after the fact. Then when I called them to question the price the lady told me it's cuz it cost 17.99 then she put a guy on who told me it $16+... regardless three different sources and 3 different prices
