three times i have shown up at 830 which is 30 minutes before they close...sufficient time to make a sub. all three times, by the same manager, i have been denied an order because they said they closed down the cold sub set up. its not like i showed up five minutes before closing. to me this is very poor customer service and misrepresentation of their stores business hours. i will not be giving them my business anymore and will not be recommending their food to anyone. jersy mike headquarters....you better take a look at who is running your franchises because they are only worried about closing shop as early as they can.
Never stopped in but I know the business has been around for years. Like D angelos and subway nothing artisan about the sub shop. If you like sodium nitrate and some other artificial ingredients it would be fine. America is still fast food quality. Unless everything is made from scratch.
Got the #17 Steak and Cheese Regular size added a bottle drink and chips. $15.00. The sub was okay, lacking in seasoning and the steak was a little chewy. There isn't a Jersey Mike's in my area closest one is about 20 miles away. Not reallly worth the drive. This was the my second time trying this chain, two different locations, got the same sub and the results were the same. If I go back, I think I'll get a cold sub, maybe a better choice. For a chain sub shop I think I'll stick with D'Angelos, there steak and cheese is much better.
Great customer service. quality food. get what you pay for. 1 giant sub can easily feed 2, if not 3 people. Definitely go back
I was so looking foward to jersey mikes coming in stoneham, dont get me wrong the turkey number 7 sub was good but it was lacking the dressing of oil and spices. Very bland. The employee must have been told not to be generous with the oil that really makes that sub the best in town. Could you please put a decent amount of oil on next time? Thank you.
Their system went down and things got behind But the lady behind the counter Handled it well and we received phenomenal customer service. She also delegated the food service team With flawless precision. I mean they were backed up an hour No joke
Best subs ever! Staff is awesome too! Bread is very yummy and the meats are sliced nice and thin. Whenever I am near marlborough I stop in. Thank you!
Got home to find a long black hair in my steak sub , extremely disgusting. The sub was rush and a complete mess this is the worst experience , will never come to this location !
Good subs but never answer the phone to take an order wont go here again. Horrible service.
#13 Italian mikes way is the best! Love Jersey Mike’s always consistent and the staff is always friendly!
