A good coffee can literally start my day great and just like that a bad coffee can really just tip my morning off. I'm so sick of hit or miss coffee at dunkin I order the same coffee every morning and it's made correctly maybe 3 days a week. I don't have time to turn around in morning so I stop at the one next to highway to get it remade and they had the gal to tell me no it's another 3$ because a different company made it your all dunkin franchise. The complete laziness in putting ingredients in to sink to bottom and not stir it unbelievable
Very slow, was raining, i was out side Drive-through and the guy said was no listen to me, made me wait for more than 15 minutes after I make the order, and the order was wrong!!!
Horrible service. Young girl is so rude. I took a while to order coffee for me and my husband and for my daughter. The cashier seemed impatient. She didn't even fill the cup, only half a coffee. She must learn customer service!
I just won't go here anymore. Order is NEVER right. Half the time they can't (won't) make something, and they're PAINFULLY slow. I don't know why I keep giving this location another shot?♀️
I ordered and paid for 2 bagels and and iced coffee and they only put one bagel in bag and didn't give me a straw. Make sure you check your bags that you got everything you ordered.
Lousy service. Cashier with an attitude. Dark Roast coffee was tasteless. Washrooms were both were out of order, yeah right.
Bad service. I got here at 728 and after ordering 2 drinks already, they then said we are sorry but the machine is broke down already ?♀️. At first I ordered Latte, they already said they closed down on the latte machine. So I ordered a coffee and a juice drink, they still said sorry our machine is broken down.First of all, they are supposed to close at 8, but at 730 they already didn't want to take orders anymore????If there was a -1 star, I would have rated them already. Service sucks
I came to leave a review, and realized many reviews are all basically saying the same thing. Every time i come here and grab a coffee, its made wrong. I used to be an assistant manager at a dunkins less than a year ago. I know where and how they messed up but gave no regards to make sure this didnt happen. The sugar dispenser must be empty and they dont realize it. I had ordered a Large hot 4 cream 6 sugar, easy coffee. Also asked for it to be stirred, you know, what theyre SUPPOSED to do with coffee anyway. My coffee litteraly tastes burnt, AND has 0 suagr. I shouldnt need to go back every time! I understand things happen but this has been consistent with this location. I recommend going to one of the other dunkins along the route if you can. Definitely avoid this store
Fast and friendly service. The iced green tea with lemons is always good. I like that they never push add ons.
No concern about getting the order correct. Not once, not twice, always. And don't ever let them know that they got the order wrong....You will regret it. Overflowing trash cans into the street. Horribly rude staff. Training must be non-existent. Ownership must not care. How does corporate let this continue? I will not be back, ever.
