I've lived up the hill from this Dunkin donuts off and on for 20 years. I go into the shell pretty much every day. When I went to get coffee before work this morning I was told they can no longer make a frozen coffee with oat milk. I understand not being able to use almond and soy milks but I can't consume diary products so I've ALWAYS gotten oat milk. A previous employee of this very Dunkins told me I could have frozen coffee again if I switched from almond milk to at milk in my coffee YEARS ago. Suddenly there's a new manager and we can't use oat milk anymore?! WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO CAN'T HAVE MILK OR CREAM?! This Dunkins gets worse and worse every day!
I went for a coffee this morning and waited on line for a good minute while staff was running her mouth with a customer. A second staff comes and takes my order with no problem, I was being discriminated because of my skin color. I never had this issue before. I was shocked on how rude someone can be for no reason. I’m taking this to the higher ups, I shouldn’t be treated like that because Of my skin color. Karen took the order behind me with no problem, she just didn’t want to take my order.
I love this spot, I have to go in but it's one of those coffee shops where you see the same people, smiling people holding the door for you, so it's worth the 50 ft walk LOL cashiers and all of the team are so pleasant
There website says that they open at 4:00 am I went in at 5:00 am and the guy says there not open yet?
Always has a solid Staff. They remember, respect, and know their customers. Wish they were open later, like they were before Covid, but then again, that can be said about everywhere in Northborough these days.
Coffee from this Dunks at the Lakeside Shell is always great! I usually visit later in the evenings, and the ladies they have manning the counter at night are just so nice and get my order right every time. The coffee also tastes better than pretty much every other Dunks in town. If you’re in the area, about to jump on the highway and need a boost, or just want one of the better Dunks experiences in town, give this one a try.
Waited over 20 minutes for an order I put it online prior to even arriving, this is a regular occurrence here. I only go back because it is closer to my work but it is time for that to change
Good coffee BUT You never know when they will stay open until they actually close.. dont bother hopping off the highway or stopping before work they may or may not be open.
Very happy to find Dunkin here. I love the Power Breakfast and Dunkin coffee
If I could give 0 stars I would have their service has been very dismal. Will not be going back
