Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes (not exaggerating), the ordering staff could not understand even basic English. Messed up a regular coffee more than should even be possible and then refused to remake it.
Very poor customer service…. And they don’t know how to make iced chai’s that’s for sure.
Amazing service! I ordered 36 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches for a sport's team- and the manager, Yomara, made sure that I got them! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I really appreciate your dedication to your customers! Great work!!
I’ve been to many Dunkin’ Donuts and this one is by far the worst. The employees do not care how long you wait, the drive thru is always backed up and if you go inside they will let you stand there for 10 minutes before they even acknowledge you. Every time you go, there is about a 75% your order will be wrong in some way. If you ask the employees to fix what you paid for they will give you attitude. There are other Dunkins in the area, go to those and avoid this one if you can.
Service was Slow ? at drive ? Thru. Need to have no sandwiches or large orders for drive Thru. Other than that Service People are always Friendly and helpful.
none of the staff speak any words to you besides taking your order at the speaker. completely ignore you and look miserable and coffee wasn’t made even close to how i ordered it. ????
I got a lemon water and they didn’t give me enough lemons and they didn’t write on the label that there were lemons inside but it was a great lemon water.
It an ok Dunks. They didnt make the coffee the way I asked for it. But the staff was pleasent.
I always ride my bike there and always order a large peach coconut refresher and a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant and it always comes back right and delicious!!!! :)
Quick and made right
