If I could give it 0 stars I would. I used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts in Marlborough when I was a teenager and man can I say they have gone downhill since then. I waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes, got yelled at by the woman in the drive through window (I believe her name was Amy) when I asked why it was taking so long with 5 people working on the floor. And not one person apologized for the absurd wait time. I’m not one to write reviews like this either, I understand some days are busier than others, but the service I received was absolutely unacceptable and I do not want that to go unnoticed.

Took a really long to time just to take order and also took a long time to get my order. I was in the drive through but there were only two cars ahead of me.
Poorly run Dunks. You are forced to go through drive through only, they keep messing up orders and they take way too long making the orders and when you are forced to stay in the drive through due to no way of getting out of there you have to ask yourself, is it worth coming back. They are scrambled like they do not know how to do their jobs to the point where one could assume that they are under the influence of something. If you want meh food and coffee, just save your money and buy instant coffee, uncrustables and milk from the grocery store down the street. If you are pressed for time and need a quick easy breakfast, meal prep some eggs and sausage and freeze them because that is basically what you are getting from chain restaurants. The difference is that they fill them with preservatives and they came off of a conveyer belt. If you want a good food experience, go to chik' fil a or starbucks a mile up the road. Spending the extra cash is worth that much. Since you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes in a drive through line I would recommend people go to Jakes Breakfast Dinner located in the center of town. You will be in a better atmosphere for the wait and you patience will be rewarded with great food.
Order never right and lately anytime you go around 5PM the ovens are already done for the night and you can't get lattes. Ridiculous and apparently they don't need the business and that's fine by me.
Slowest drive-thru I've ever seen at a Dunkin. About 25 minutes to grab a couple coffees and sandwiches. Then the order was wrong
Went to the drive through yesterday and waited for 20 minutes in line. Went there again today and it was at a standstill again but luckily cars behind us were backing out so we were able to get out of line. Seems like there only making one coffee at a time. Don’t know what’s going on with this place but not going back.
Quick cheerful service, a plentiful supply of donuts, bagels and muffins and you could enter the store. Win, win, win.
Bought medium iced tea with lemons. Ice tea was great. Bathroom out-of-order and I really needed to pee (:
