The past 2 times I have ordered from them my pizza Was warm and soggy I Complained the 1st time and they said they'd give me a free pizza but I never got that free pizza the 2nd time I didn't even bother to complain because I was so hungry when I ordered... Tonight I ordered and it's been an hour and 30 minutes without delivery I called when it was about an hour .. and they said that the app was wrong that it was just coming out of the oven and it would be delivered shortly...so I said ok and hung up..after another 1/2 hour passed I called again.. I asked to speak to the manager when I called to have them cancel my order and refund my card which the kid did refund.. but they told me the manager was behind closed doors in a meeting at 7:47 at night OK pal... Normally I love their pizza but there's no way I'm ever ordering from there again..

Only ordered from here because it was the only restaurant opened. Ordered a pizza, waited more than an hour for delivery, then received chicken Alfredo pasta (not my thing ?). Called the restaurant, no answer. Tried the "delivery insurance" on the app, and was offered 60% off a future pizza lmao. Like I'd order from here again. Going to have to dispute this with my credit card. Domino's finds a new way to disappoint every time.

Should have known better… ordered on the App, it said 30-50 minutes. Called after an hour, “we are really busy tonight, 30 more minutes” called at 90 minutes, “ we are really busy tonight, 20 more minutes…” 2 hours later, still no pizza…. Kids are starving, it’s an hour past their bedtime, and here we sit with no food… shame on you dominos…

Terrible service. I chose contact-less delivery and tracked the order online. I saw that my order arrived and started to go down to the door where they normally leave food and nothing was there. I proceed to spend the next 90 minutes driving all throughout my apartment complex unable to find the food and calling the store to be put on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up myself. Once I finally got through to the store, they claimed the driver tried to call and text me but I never received anything. Since the driver did not hear from me, they left with my food. Let's go under the assumption that they texted or called me, I chose contactless delivery. I should not need to be contacted. Leave my food outside the main entrance and I'll happily go get it. The initial person that I spoke with claimed to be the manager and when I was requesting a refund, he put someone else on the phone who said they were the manager. Both employees talked over me and were unsympathetic. I will never order food here again and strongly encourage others to avoid this location.

Worst dominos ever Alfredo pasta gross dry and burnt taste and the Italian sub speaks for itself where is the sub it’s only melted cheese

Ordered baked pasta with sausage and got just sauce, sausage and cheese.Previously ordered a pizza which came with no sauce.Just another update. Ordered online for a pizza a cinnamon bread twist.After 35 mins of waiting. They finally call me to tell me that deliveries are taking 2 hrs. I understand being busy bur to not post that on your website or app.WILL NEVER OREDER FROM HERE OR ANY DOMINOS EVER AGAIN.

We usually order often from here. My husband loves the pasta but after today will never order it again. We received our order. Opened the pasta and it was not even filled 1/2 way. It’s ridiculous how empty it was.

Don’t order a pizza on this place , they are taking 4 hours to deliver ,horrible service!!!

If i could give zero stars i would barley any sauce on wings and don’t bother trying delivery at night bc they take 2 hours to get to ur house even if you live 5 mins up the street.

The “manager” Jonathan is terrible, workers stand around while you are waiting for food that is “ready” bad attitude, terrible demeanor towards paying customersI thought it was cool the dominoes was offering a promotion that if your order isn’t brought out curbside within two minutes to get a pizza free on the next round I waited for my food outside for up to 10 minutes for curbside and when I went inside I was immediately dismissed although they hadn’t even taken my name they assumed I was someone else and I told him I had been waiting for my curbside order when I told him about the tracker and the timer he became very agitated and upset and told me that it wasn’t his responsibility that corporate told them that they didn’t have this promotion anymore which quite honestly has nothing to do with me and is not my problem when I ordered through the app it said that I would get free pizzas if my food wasnt on time which it was not.I really wouldn’t have written a bad review if the people who were working had not been so rude and so terrible the customer service skills were absolutely garbage I worked at Starbucks for six years and we would never treat a paying customer in that manner there were about four employees hanging around doing absolutely nothing when I walked in and only two employees were actually working and could tell that they were stressed out - absolutely terrible service.It must be extremely disappointing to have such terrible employees in a franchised operation - feel bad for the owner.
