Ordered wings, and a large fenway pizza. Received two orders of wings instead about 1.5 hours after ordering. Called restaurant, was told they would send a large and flat out did not. Reached out next day to resolve problem and was told I needed to provide all kinds of proof that I just did not have time for. Based on the other reviews I am not surprised. seems super late deliveries and missing items is their specialty,
I’ll be respectful as possible but it was pretty gross the pizza was really salty cheese seemed like it was almost microwaved because it was exuding heat and breaking apart the mozzarella sticks are also nasty solid gross not cheesy or good in anyway just unflavorful and the steak and cheese is an atrocity to mankind I have never in my 23 years of life had such a bad streak and cheese bread was gross smelled like cigs the steak and cheese inside was a mess absolutely disgusting couldn’t even taste good with ketchup I’m appalled they charge money for this can understand why they’re like the lowest rated in town should’ve ordered Pizza Hut like bro not even the marinara had flavor tasted old if I were a king in a medieval land I would banish you to the dungeons for such a mockery of food the basic semblance of a half decent meal isn’t even here I couldn’t finish this refuse and the large pizza is smaller than a plate for 19 bucks that’s kinda horrid whoever made the prices and the menu has to go back and redo it at any cost the formula isn’t working don’t spend money here ??
I am not sure where all these bad experiences are coming from. Ordered from our hotel and it arrived in a timely manner and was still hot. The pizza was delicious.
Never again. I have been ordering from this place for the past 6 years but after the last order....I am done.Two items on my order they forget send one and the other had mold on it.? I called to see if they would correct the issue....they wouldn't. Waited an hour to get my order and then went without dinner. I won't take the risk in the future. I had been in meetings all day and was wicked hungry...this place was a huge disappointment.I ordered through Doordash...so apparently I could only get my money back. The quality of the food and the service have taken a nose dive for this pizza joint.
I ordered the gyro.... That was probably the best one I've ever had in my life. It was gigantic and wow was it fantastic I could probably eat this everyday for the rest of my life
we had a delv at our hotel we were staying at delv guy cane with pizza said the card never went through took 125 off n cash and left you know honesty is the best policy right ya the card went through not sure what the delv guy was doing but stealing money off patrons is not the answer never ordering from there again bunch of thief's double dipping on peoples honesty we will be getting our money back you just dont do that i hope it was an honest mistake but its not looking that way do t order from here
One of the main advantages to Clockwork Pizza is that it is open at least an hour later than any other pizza place within a 10 minute drive of me. The mozzarella sticks were thin and ok, nothing to write home about. The crust on their pizza was thicker and more substantial than most that I’ve had in Marlborough. They are also reasonably priced, to include the specialty pizzas such as the one pictured, “frango com catupiry”
To whoever is working on Sunday evenings... please take more pride in your work!I.placed a $60 order and would have brought it all back, but, just didn't have the time.Here's what I got:Ordered a large grandfather pizza with everything and got a pizza with several, large, bubbled up, burned and toppingless, dough areas...never seen a pizza like this....very sloppy and very skimpy on the toppings....also ordered a large tuna sub, but, got a pita bread sandwich, with very stale pita bread, which was in pieces...had to remove the tuna and use sliced bread from home, because you could not hold the sandwich without the pita crumbling in your hands....so sloppy....and the French fries were soggy with no salt! Very disappointedThe chicken calzone was great, however, as well as the chicken wings.Not going to be ordering from Clockwork on Sundays again.I didn't think to take a photo of the pizza, but this is the "large tuna sub"
After learning there was a mistake out of their control, they handled the issue promptly and professionally.The food is really good! The prices are perfect and the management cares about their customers.
